Equally suited to guests who are looking for a quiet and peaceful break, our lovely balcony overlooking a traffic free avenue and partial river views is perfect for an evening's relaxation, or the odd glass of wine whilst watching the magnificent sunsets over the city. Or picnic in the beautiful lush courtyard garden lush with its pool and fountain. Check in is from 4pm.

On the development are Cafes, Bars and fine dining Restaurants, a Tesco Express and a Sainsbury Local. Nearby are a gym, swimming pool and parks plus several national supermarkets. In the market square you can taste authentic Nepalese street food or dine in one of the many ethnic restaurants.

Local attractions include Greenwich's world famous Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory, The O2 Arena, Emirates Airline, and Greenwich Millennium Village, all of which are within 3 miles.

We are a retired couple who live for lengthy periods in our beautiful self-built house in the Pyrenees Orientales in France. We chose our Woolwich apartment because it would provide us with a continued home near our children and grand-children in the city that we love.

This property is well-located with easy transport access to central London, where we love to visit the museums and galleries. Its within easy reach of Heathrow, Stansted, City and even Gatwick Airports. There are excellent supermarkets nearby and a car is not necessary. On the odd occasion when a car is required, there is an on-site car club where you can hire a car for an hour, a day or a week. Ideal for those out of town trips into the countryside of Kent. A 15 minute drive takes you to the M25 and then onto anywhere in the South-east or onto Channel/ France.

What makes this apartment unique

Compact, well-designed and easy to maintain and with all modern conveniences. A small but more than adequate kitchen. Quiet, with very well maintained common areas. Pleasant neighbours and a real sense of security.

Fantastic, Fabulous and Fun

We are a handicapped couple that stayed at your flat with our son and daughter-in-law. The flat was extremely well stocked and afforded us the ability to get around with one mobility scooter and a rolling walker. We were able to get to the Themes, free Themes ferry, central walking street of Woolwich, and lovely museum. Most of all we enjoyed the balcony where we watched comings and goings on the Themes and three cranes working on new buildings in the development. We have never had this opportunity before and it afforded a great deal of pleasure.

We have stayed in many flats and cottages all over Britain and the Continent and this one ranked right up at the top.

We really hope we will be able to get back in the future to see the progress made.

very comfortable, secure condo

spent two weeks using flat as base to operate from. a little far out of the main, but, solved when CrossRail opens. also, construction going on in immediate are is somewhat tedious, but, only temporary. need more restaurants in developing area. we had everything needed, and, did not have to call the manager to solve a problem for us. highly recommend taking comments above re environment into account.

Owner's Response: The Royal Arsenal development in its beautifully maintained grounds in the heart of the Royal Borough of Greenwich is currently being redeveloped and restored to unusually high standards. New facilities are being added all the time to supplement the many that already exist. In addition to the many restaurants such as El Gusto, recent winner of the best Italian restaurant in South East London, there is a Beefeater, a Nando's, an exciting new and already fashionable weekend pop-up food market, plus within 10 metres of the apartment two excellent pub restaurants and a bakery restaurant. There is also a wide range of ethnic restaurants to suit most food tastes. The nearest Michelin starred restaurants are within half an hour on our well connected train, DLR, and bus public transport system.

nice penthouse with everything you need

beautiful, secure very clean 2 br on 6th floor with everything you need. Jacquie was extremely helpful. Very close to tube, buses and river boat. Just note that it is over 30 minutes to central London, and all the construction has blocked most views of the Thames. But we would stay there again.

Perfect location - quiet yet accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this superb apartment.

There's everything you need on the doorstep - M&S Food Hall, Sainsbury's Local, pub and a cafe. Less than 5 minutes to the DLR or an even shorter walk to the Thames Clipper which is a great way to get to the O2, Greenwich or the centre of London itself.

Plenty of space to relax and the weather allowed us to sit and have breakfast on the large balcony.

Jackie was excellent for checking in and out and I'm sure she would have sorted any problems had there been any.

Would definitely stay here again the next time we venture 'down South', and would recommend it to give you a stay with a lot more space than a cramped hotel room!

Superb comfort

The property is a penthouse flat and is absolutely stunning. It was so convenient for our stay. The flat is spotless and obviously lovingly cared for. We had a 3 night stay but wished we could have stayed longer - we will definitely be returning. Thanks to Phillip and especially Jackie for all there help in making our stay so special.

Fantastic apartment

We have now stayed three times and absolutely love returning - it feels like a home away from home, and so much better than a hotel. Easy access from central London by boat, train or DLR and the bustling community of Woolwich nearby. Looking forward to returning later in the year!
