About Becky Robertson
Hi, we are John and Kathy Eaton from Atlanta, Georgia, where we breed and race thoroughbreds and enjoy spending time playing golf and hanging with our beloved labs. We love all of our 4 legged children, both horses and dogs and hope you enjoy the photographs and pictures of our horses during your stay! We fell in love with Montana after just a few visits and so enjoyed the peacefulness and the slow pace of life Whitefish offers that we decided to buy a home here. We are so happy to have finally purchased our dream home and are delighted and excited to share it with you! John is still busy working as a periodontist in Georgia and is excited to resume playing hockey and skiing and Kathy has recently retired from her occupation as an IBM executive. She loves to ride horses, play golf and watch the deer from the large windows in the house. Please enjoy our new home and share with us the beauty, comfort and delights it offers!

Why Becky Robertson chose Whitefish
The location of this property is ideal! It is secluded on 10 acres with access to public land direct from the back door yet it is a short 4 miles into the town of Whitefish, 30 minutes to the ski lifts and 20 miles from the park. You can enjoy breakfast, listening to the silence and watching deer graze in the yard and then jump in the car and be having a glass of wine, listening to a band on Casey's rooftop bar in 15 minutes. It doesn't get better than this!
What makes this House unique

The house was fabulous - we felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay.
The great strengths of the house for our September holiday were both its position, in the woods but at the end of a trail that gives easy access to Whitefish for shops and restaurants and only a short distance to a very good dog park- and the excellent living accommodation, especially the large, open plan living area, perfect for a family group with a dog. The WiFi worked well for all but the first hour of our five day visit and the available television stations were good for us/ our soccer watching. We were lucky to have mainly blue skies and sunshine to explore Big Mountain and beautiful Flathead lake area. Becky the house manager was extremely helpful - we can strongly recommend this house.
Fantastic Cabin In The Woods
This beautiful ‘cabin’ is tucked away on a gravel road with forest and trails leading from the property. Wild game visit the grounds daily, and with ample windows and a back porch it provides a city dweller an up close and personal view of exuisite nature. The Master is upstairs with a double sink ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs and they share a full bath/powder room. There’s a finished out basement with utility room and two additional living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. Becky, the property manager, is the best we’ve ever had. Communication was instantaneous. Ample supplies are provided: seasonings, cook ware, serving pieces, cleaning supplies, trash bags, bear spray and toiletries. This is a perfect out-of-the-way home when visiting Whitefish and Glacier National Park.
I am so glad you enjoyed it Terry! You were the perfect guests and the place had never been left in such great shape!
Please visit again!!
Great place to stay
Overall, we loved the house, and it worked perfect for our family vacation. My contact with the management of the house was very friendly and easy. We felt the home could have been a little cleaner (spider webs, dust, and sticky kitchen floor), but again, we were very comfortable there. The house is located on a dirt road, so do note that. When we picked up our rental car, they stated we were only allowed to drive on paved roads. The house is definitely quite, in a beautiful location, and close to downtown Whitefish, Whitefish lake and about 30-40 minutes from the West entrance to Glacier. Overall, we would recommend this home for your vacation!
Glad you had a good visit and were comfortable in the house.
I wish you would have contacted me about the sticky floor and dust.. it is impossible to do high dusting on the rustic logs on turnover days as there just isn’t time. However, i would have come straight over to take care of the floor and dust and spider webs if you had told me. I did inform the lady that cleaned that day and will be overseeing her next cleaning. I want our guests to have a great experience at Casa de Eaton and I am more than happy to come and rectify any housekeeping or other issues.
Great stay with everything we needed for an effortless vacation!
Very nice and comfortable home. A lot of personal touches to welcome us. Highly recommended home!
Very nicely decorated, and comfortable. Great location and Becky was very helpful in not only setting up reservation but quick to respond to any question or need while there Nice personalized touches waiting when we walked into the home. Owners seem to be very hospitable “hosts” and the stay was very satisfying.
So glad you enjoyed your stay Larry! Glad you got to view the local wildlife also! Hope you keep us in mind for future stays!
Amazing place, great for our family, lots of room, close to Big Mountain for great skiing. We love it there
