Rich in coastal blues and mid-century modern in design, the main living area features original hardwood floors (found throughout the house), exposed beams, skylights, a gas fireplace, sectional with ottoman, chaise, and a 55" inch flat-screen TV. All told, it’s a restful room in which you are sure to spend a good deal of time.

The adjacent dining area is distinguished by a light pine table with chair/bench seating for 6.

To the right of the main door, find a true chef’s kitchen with custom-built, glass-front cabinetry, high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances—including a gas range and French door fridge—and stone-tile flooring.

The master suite is appointed with a queen bed and features a barn-board sliding door that opens to a tiled bath with large walk-in shower, steel fixtures, and towel hanger.

Located next to master bedroom, the 2nd bedroom includes a twin bunk bed, glass-paned French doors, a bean bag, ceiling light/fan combo, and 42" inch flat-screen TV—perfect for the kiddos in your group.

A 2nd bath—with tiled floors, vessel sink, and shower/tub combo—is located next to 3rd bedroom. In the 3rd bedroom, you’ll find a full-size bed and essential furnishings to make you comfortable.

When the sun starts to set and hunger mounts, throw some seafood on the backyard gas BBQ, and set the outdoor table for 5.

To make you feel at home, you will have access to multiple amenities including: a blender, coffeemaker, ice maker, microwave, and toaster for breakfast and snack prep; beach chairs, games, books, and an umbrella; a DVD player and game table for evening entertainment; and a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board to stay looking sharp.
