Our 2 bedroom + den is cool, comfortable and a city gem!

The exposed concrete and 2 story open space is beautiful in design and includes a gourmet kitchen and two outdoor patios! The upstairs reading den could be used as an office.

This spacious apartment home seems straight out of architectural digest and is minimal, modern and luxurious. Private parking garage space with opener provided. King bed, Queen bed and sofa. Quiet, luxury apartment in surrounding business district near downtown.

Fitness center in the Livestock Exchange Building is across the street and several restaurants, art galleries, craft beer brewery, sandwich shop, coffee shop and new steakhouse all within walking distance.

There is a convenient store and antique shops just down the street. One exit from downtown KCMO and city market. Located in historic Stockyards District and near the West Bottoms (unique shopping). Great for entertaining, but not appropriate for wild parties or smoking in the unit.

Space is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Pets ok with full up front disclosure, approval and a pet deposit. We provide a coffee pot, coffee, all kitchen needs, towels, bedding, cable tv, free WIFI, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, outdoor seating and more!!!!!

Great property, highly recommend

Beautiful condo with tons of space. We stayed here with 4 adults, wonderful amount of space and each couple had own bathroom. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Check in and check out went smoothly. Good communication with owner. Ample parking. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Owner's Response: Connie's group was a pleasure to host. Communication was easy and they were respectful of the house rules and left the apartment in great shape. I recommend them and welcome them back again.

Spacious and elegant

My family had a great time here over the holidays. This is a newer property, very clean and well appointed. There are two bedrooms, but the study converted to a single, so our family of five was comfortable. We were able to cook and keep up with laundry as needed. We were traveling with dogs and because the place is so near the river, there was a lot of space nearby to let them exercise. The enclosed parking was warm and convenient given the inclement weather. The heating system is top notch: as cold as it got outside, we were snug and comfortable. It would be fun to stay here in warmer weather, with the balconies and nearby restaurants.

Owner's Response: It was a pleasure to host Phyllis and her family. They were easy to communicate with and left the apartment in excellent condition. It did not look like a family of 5 had been there and you certainly could not tell that dogs stayed there. We welcome you guys back anytime! Mindy
