Limited Studios at this property, must call 1 year in advance, No Holiday wks!

Such a beautiful and peaceful and romantic property! Set on 47 lush acres, the resort borders a 1,200 foot-long beach leading to Great Cruz Bay. It is quiet, beach is not crowded, very relaxing location. It is a "typical" luxury Westin Resort with SO many amenities!

Location: The resort is located a short cab ride from the main city of Cruz Bay ($6). It is a 4 minute walk from the Resort to is a grocery store, very convenient. There are great restaurants in the Resort , as well as at the next door Ritz Carlton.

Studio is 481 SqFt, with King bed and Sofa sleeper, with fully equipped kitchenette for when you want to eat in. One housekeeping visit is included, but you can order more.

I can also ask for the larger 1 Bedroom, that rate is $1550/week.

This is my first time to attempt renting it, so I am offering it at a low price in order to "learn" how to do this. The Studios and 1BRs are limited, since there are so many more larger units in this complex. Please note: this resort fills up, so you should ask at lest 64 days or earlier before your desired arrival date! The dates blocked on my current calendar are the dates that are excluded from my "plan" if I call for a reservation within 8 months of my request. If you call me BEFORE 8 months prior to your desired date, I am able to ask for ANY dates during the year (generally, holidays might already be booked, and I do not have access to the last 2 weeks of the year.)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
