Cozy, great for a long weekend
Enjoyed the area, it was quiet and peaceful. All the amenities we needed. Water quality needs improving, perhaps bring a filter. Not too far from Thomas/Davis, WV. Very nice people who were accommodating as we found our way.
nice cabin in a convenient location but need to try to improve the water.
clean and quiet as usual
Cabin was clean and area relaxing as always.
Very nice cabin in need of small repairs
A beautiful little cabin, needs some small repairs - bedroom door didn't latch closed and back deck needed some attention.
Charming Patriot Cabin on the River
We were a party of five; two moms and three daughters getting together for a girls weekend in the woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which was topped out by a 3-hour float down the Cheat River and a few cycling rides on trails nearby. We loved the cabin so well built (Amish built?) and thoughtfully fitted. We used the fire pit every day, and the girls played in the creek. The only downside is the proximity to the road.
