Townhouse is located within walking distance to many great restaurants, Tysons Corner Mall and the Metro Silver Line. It is definitely a very convenient location. To give you an idea of the area's affluence, the market value of this townhouse is over $700,000. It is a luxury townhouse with two fireplaces, skylight, hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen. Upstairs there is one large master bedroom suite, two smaller bedrooms, master bathroom with shower and soaking tub and hallway bathroom. On the main level is the eat-in-kitchen with family room, dining room, living room and a powder room. The basement is connected to one car garage. The basement has a full bathroom with shower and an open area. Two cars can be parked, one in the garage and second on the driveway and if needed more cars can be parked on the street. There is a third level in the walkout basement and attached garage. This property is allocated to remain in my family because of its current and future appeal situated in the middle of a very happening and affluent area.

Convenient and spacious!
We spent two nights in this spacious townhouse during our son's wedding weekend. It was convenient to Tyson's Corner shopping and hotels which made our frequent trips back and forth very easy. Hasan promptly answered all my questions and was also kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early.
Clean and well-located. Comfortable for us and our three teenagers. Room for everyone to hang out, get homework done or watch TV. Owner was accessible when we had questions. Would stay again!
We were in town several days for a wedding that took place in DC. We arrived late at night and found it easy to gain access to the house and head straight to a very comfortable bed. In the morning, we found the house already stocked with coffee and teas. What an awesome treat! Got a communication the first morning from the owner to make sure we had everything we needed. And, of course, we did.
This is a big house, so lots of room to spread out. We only had 4 adults, but the house can easily accommodate more. The house was very clean and well appointed, much better than most places we have rented. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
The location was so convenient for us and an easy drive from BWI.

Very clean. Beds are very comfy! Hasan was so kind to provide bagels for breakfast. I really felt that he would be available if there were any issues. He seems very approachable. Luckily no issues! Thanks again for a lovely stay!
Excellent guests, very easy to communicate with. Upon leaving, they followed my simple check out procedure. I really appreciated that they even went the extra step and took down the bedsheets to make it easier for the maids. I am Looking forward to having them again as my guests.
Immaculate House, Even Better Owner
Where to begin? First, on check-in day, Hassan sent me a text informing me that there were items awaiting our party upon our arrival. I've been using HomeAway and/or VRBO for five years, and this is the first time I was welcomed in this manner. Needless to say, this seemingly benign jesture left an indelible impression not only on me, but all my family members (a quick note: My family members were skeptical of the whole rental vacation process, but they were quickly sold by the welcoming atmosphere that Hassan provided...other owners would be the wiser if they followed the suit). The house was as described and was immaculate. The four queen beds and one king bed arrangement was perfect for our party. The Tyson center Metro is about a mile or ten minute walk. While some may be put off by this logistical issue (to be honest, my wife and I had reservations with walking such a distance), particularly if there are concerns with safety; however, the neighborhood is quiet and did not present any concerns, as our party made the walk early in the morning (~5 am) and in the evening (~11 pm) with no problem. The McLean area has several different locations to shop and eat. Thank you Hassan for opening up your home to my family and we look forward to our return to your abode.

Great location!! Surrounded by great restaurants, malls, close to Washington DC and within one mile from Tysons Corner Metro. You will love the peaceful neighborhood, which is nice and quiet, yet close to everything you need. Please refer to the map to see the ideal location of this townhome. Convenient to the Capital Beltway (495), Route 66, George Washington Memorial Parkway and within walking distance to Tysons Corner Mall and the Metro Station. Despite being so close to all the commercial conveniences, this place is tucked away in an affluent enclave of high-end townhomes called Tyson's Terrace. The surrounding area has shopping and restaurants as well as the quaint town of Vienna to the south with beautiful homes and small shops along the main street. Washington DC is twenty minutes drive via route 66 or GW Parkway. Close to Georgetown, the White House, the world's largest museum complex, the Smithsonian and so many other attractions. For nature lovers and birdwatchers, Great Falls Park is close by and there is an endless walking, jogging, and biking trail within walking distance. You will love the walking friendly beautiful location, the ambiance, the people, the neighborhood.
