9 bedrooms (all with private in room bath) 9.5 bath sleeps 18(for price quoted)!

The High Country Hacienda is a comfortable home with central mountain location. We are located above the base of peak 8 with easy ski in/out access. Prime location for Ski access to Peak 7 or 9... The Spanish Style 9 bedroom 9.5 bath Hacienda offers an Excellent location, 6 homes from Trygvie'S Ski run with Skiing down to 6 lifts at Peak 8. Ski School is located here also.

The bedrooms are very large, all with private bath . All bedrooms have there own television with plenty of windows. This house is capable of handling groups up to 20 people or for just a smaller family.

Excellent views, in room privacy, as well as larger rooms for gatherings are just added benefits to this Location. The Hot Tub is easy to get to.

There is a meeting/lounge area on each of the three floors that allows for even more privacy or gathering to take place. One area is a den with spectacular views, three decks, gas fireplace, one is a Game Room/Cantina that exits to the outside hot tub and the last is a sunny room with gas fireplace overlooking the back yard/Ski run. There are two kitchens, cantina, and lots of room to spread out.

You will not be disappointed with this house. It is really fun with a great quiet location. Kids to Grandparents really enjoy The High Country Hacienda.

Why Patrick chose Northwest

We enjoy this property because it is in the old school part of Breckenridge up and away from all the college kids, loud garbage trucks and snowplows. Yet very easy to get to the entire mountain with it's central peak 8 location.

Lots of parking, big kitchen, easy walk to ski, Very easy ski in.

Notes:
Beautiful Ski-in/out home with amazing views and location. It is possible to ski out to snowflake lift or Gondola. It is fastest to walk to Trygve's Run/small terrain park and ski down to peak 8 base area. Plenty of parking, walk to bus, great kitchen. Large bedrooms with TV and private bath. The 9th bedroom is a Queen bed in the second kitchen with private bath and a great room.

Family Reunion Huge Success in Ski-in/Ski-out home

Best location for skiing ever. When they say ski-in/ski-out they mean it. We easily skied home for lunch each day. No fighting the crowds at the base since the neighborhood lift takes you straight to mid mtn. True 9 bdr/10 bath with plenty to room and well appointed kitchen that we cooked in to avoid holiday crowds in downtown Breckenridge. The owners, Patrick and Petra took very good care of us and even stocked the pantry and refrigerator with groceries for us since we didn't bother to even rent a car.

Family Reunion Huge Success in Ski-in/Ski-out home

Best Location for skiing ever. When they say ski-in/ski-out they mean it. We had 13 staying there with room to spare and easily came home from skiing for lunch everyday. Never have to fight the crowds at the base since neighborhood ski lift brings you to mid-mtn. 9 Bdr/ 10 bath house had plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in every night to avoid the crowd downtown Breckenridge. The owners, Patrick and Petra took care of our every need including grocery shopping prior to our arrival.

Great Location! Right on the slopes

The house was amazing, we were able to ski in and out with ease. It was also a short drive or bus ride down to city. We had 18 people comfortable staying in the home. It was clean and very well kept up. The owner also came everyday to plow the driveway and shovel around the house to make it easier for our group and to get in and out. We look forward to staying there again.

Great House, great vacation

This was a great place for our family reunion of 18 people. We needed a lot of nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and this place had 9 of each! Its an easy walk to the Gondola and getting to town without having to drive was a nice plus. We had a great time.

This beautiful home is located on old four o'clock ski run.

This is now a private groomed trail that only serves the 8 homes on our street. Skiing in is the easiest in breckenridge, once you know where to turn! The other great item about this homes location is how far we are up the mountain. This means that you ski in less traffic to your home, and you can easily walk to the base and base area.

The walk from our home to the base is closer than the walk from most homes in town to the bus, plus you do not have to wait!!
