Ideal shaded ground floor location on the E. side facing the La Sal Mountains.

What is your vision of a memorable stay in beautiful Moab, Utah? This 2017 newly constructed ground level condominium unit, just 5 minutes out of town (and from the nearest grocery store), will help you get there. My unit is outfitted to comfortably sleep 8 or 9 people because it's important to me that you get a great night's sleep. You will need to feel refreshed and energized in the morning to get all that single track mountain biking, hiking and rafting done during your stay in Moab!

The open floor plan of my condo gives a feeling of spaciousness and has been well thought out and furnished to provide convenience and comfort for all. Two full baths and extra mirrors in each of the three bedrooms help your party to get ready quickly for their full day of fun in the sun!

And if it is your preference to save money on dining out during your stay in Moab, the kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking and easy cleanup afterward. My kitchen has a nice big Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker for all your food and bags of ice for coolers. This means less time-wasting trips to the grocery store and more time for you! I also provide some basic complimentary breakfast food items and beverages at the start of your stay. This is a convenience for those who arrive late in the evening and didn’t have a chance to do any grocery shopping.

If you enjoy grilling at the end of the day I have provided a BBQ and outdoor seating on the patio that has views of the La Sal Mountains. And the best thing is that the patio is in the shade in the hot afternoons!

If laundry needs to be done, there is no need to waste time going to a laundromat. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience.

Easy access to one of the area’s most popular hiking and mountain bike trails (less than 3 minutes away) is what makes this condo location so popular. And of course we are just 15 minutes from Arches National Park. For off-road enthusiasts there is additional parking close to the condo complex. A maximum of 2 vehicles per condo unit are permitted inside the condominium complex parking lot and in front of my unit. Handicapped parking spots are also available.

Enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub in the evenings if you wish. But most of all enjoy the easy access to so many local hiking and biking trails on the Moab Rim just behind the condo complex.

I own and manage my condo unit and conveniently live just a minute away if I need to address any issue that could arise.

We are experiencing a growth spurt in the Redcliff Condo complex. One new building is currently being constructed and due to be completed soon. Since it’s initiation in February of 2017 NO ONE has complained about construction noise. Regardless, I am very committed to making your stay at my place an awesome one!

About Tania Milholland

My husband and I recently moved to Moab but we are not new to the area. We both grew up visiting and appreciating the natural wonders of these awe-inspiring red rock formations. My husband even went to school in Moab for a year while his father was employed as a welder with a construction outfit. He used to get milk shakes at Milt's Stop & Eat after school. So, we are very happy to finally get to live here where we can enjoy the National Parks, camping in the desert, mountain biking and ATVing on a more frequent basis. We have lived in many scenic areas including the Amazon Jungle of Ecuador. But the natural beauty of the Moab area draws us like nothing else does. We fully appreciate why this place has so many visitors from all over the world.

We were attracted to Moab and this property because of the easy access to miles and miles of hiking trails and single track mountain bike paths in and outside the National parks. Just behind and a little north of the Redcliff Condos complex are popular single track and hiking trails on the Moab Rim. The trail-head to one of the popular local sights called Hidden Valley is just a few minutes away and is accessible year round. We are also minutes away from the golf course, Slick Rock Trail, Sand Flats, Millcreek Canyon Wilderness area and more. At the same time we are 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and 1 minute away from a gas station when you need to gas up or stock up on groceries. Adventure and convenience all wrapped up in one place!

Top notch! Highly recommend!

Wish we had been able to stay longer! This was a fantastic place! Clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable. So many nice extras! Our hostess really went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. She provided really helpful info about area attractions and places to eat as well. Would love to go back to Moab and would absolutely book this place again!

Clean Condo and Wonderful Expereince

Renting this condo is the gold standard for VRBO experiences! From the beginning of the process Tania communicated quickly and addressed all of our questions. A few weeks out she sent us a welcome/reminder email, and a day or two out asked if there was an additional number that would like to receive the directions and code.

When we arrived we found numerous breakfast and snack items supplied for us so we did not immediately have to go to the grocery store. Tania stopped by to introduce herself and noticed our 10 month old daughter was crawling and asked if we wanted to be supplied with outlet covers. She also went out of her way to supply us with more paper products before she left for a few days.

The condo is spacious, clean, new, and well maintained. The patio is in the afternoon shade and it was nice to sit out there and relax out of the sun. If you are early riser it is nice to watch the sunrise while sitting on the patio as well. The pool is great for kids and cooling off in the desert heat. Overall, renting this condo was a great experience.

Another great trip to Moab!

This review is easy--the place was perfect. It was EXTREMELY clean and well furnished. It was quiet and peaceful at night. I think most of the people at this complex did what we did--had fun all day and went to bed early at night. We have done a lot of VRBO's, but this place was the best. We never used the pool, but it looked like the people out there were loving it. The view of the mountains was nice and the patio area was perfect after a long day (it is on the shade side and that is very important). I got the chance to meet the owners--very nice people. When I come back next year, I will stay here again. Also, there were several nice treats for us--thank you Tania!

Perfect lodging with many ameneties!

This property is a spacious, 3 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. It is tastefully decorated with great attention paid to detail that made our stay very comfortable. The owner lives near by and stocked the kitchen with staples such as breakfast items, spices and oils, coffee, tea and so on. There were many other extras provided that made it feel like home. The owner came to meet us and was very helpful with restaurant and hiking recommendations. The property is located just south of town, making it very convenient. A great place and highly recommended!

Fabulous condo

This was the perfect spot for our stay. A great home base for our speedy weekend in Arches. The condo was new and clean. It was well stocked with pots and pans...plenty of towels. Very nicely decorated. Tania was the best. She was very kind and we got to meet her. We would stay here again for sure.

Great pet friendly clean and roomy condo!

Nearly new and roomy. Convenient location not far from town and the popular Hidden Valley trail head is a short drive away . Condo is well outfitted with all the comforts of home. Owner (Tania) was incredibly welcoming and had provided some goodies to take away the usual stress of needing to seek out groceries immediately on arrival. Looking forward to using this property in the future.

We want a tobacco and drug free environment for our guests to enjoy so absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo OR on the patio. Utah law and Redcliff Condo HOA rules require a 25 foot distance from common areas for tobacco smokers. And marijuana is illegal in Utah. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave who ignore the laws and rules. No refund will be issued in those cases. An extra cleaning fee and or damage fee will be applied to guests who don't comply with the smoking prohibition.
