About Vacasa of Sonoma County
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

The view was outstanding! It was close to town and it had almost everything we needed....except body soap.
Stunning ocean views!
The views from the front of the house are truly amazing! We had a few overcast stormy days and some clear sunny days and the views were definitely the highlight of our stay. Plenty of room for a larger group, big comfortable couch in living room. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking (bring your own cooking oil, ziplock and spices) lots of dishes, pots pans and everything we needed to cook otherwise. Only a few minutes from town and a great location for a private relaxing trip we would definitely stay here again!
The view was amazing and the master bed was very comfortable. Loved that there was a fireplace in the living room and bedroom. There was a small fly problem but overall I enjoyed my stay.
The view was truly amazing. We literally watched whales breaching from both the living room and the deck. It was so cool! The house is beautiful, but could use a little TLC. It was affordable and comfortably held our family of eight and a baby. We very much enjoyed ourselves.
Beautiful house & location but needs a lot of maintenance and repairs
Refrigerator doesn’t work. Jacuzzi tub doesn’t work. Toilet overflowed first day and leaked through floor and into light fixture in bathroom below. We weren’t able to use light in bathroom all weekend. Roof and windows leak and rain came inside of house. This is a beautiful house with breathtaking ocean view but is in dire need of repairs. The housekeeping manager, Linda was excellent in getting us a small refrigerator to replace the large one that didn’t work.
This home is not suitable for older people or anyone who is disabled. It is tri level with a lot of stairs.
Thank you for your feedback, Sandra. We have repaired the issues that caused the leak, and it has rained since with no reported leaks. We do not advertise the jacuzzi tub because it is not functional and the owner does not plan to have it replaced. The fridge has been defrosted and is up and running. We hope to host you again soon!
