This modern 1 bed is the perfect space for up to 2 guests. Located in a new building, within minutes of the Olympic Park, fantastic restaurants, Westfield shopping centre and transport links, we hope you'll love your stay here!
The flat is located on the 9th floor, with lift access, and consists of a spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and ample storage. The open plan living area has a new kitchen, as well as a comfy sofa and work space. From the living area you'll be able to access the private balcony, perfect to relax on after a long day.
The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary mod cons, including an oven, stove and fridge. Feel free to use the microwave, toaster and cooking utensils as well!
The bathroom has been altered and equipped with a large shower, with seat and grab rails, making it access friendly. It will come stocked with towels and toiletries to use throughout your stay, to ensure you're comfortable.
In addition, the flat comes with WiFi throughout, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, so you can make yourself right at home!
Guests will have access to the entire home!

My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.
If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Waitrose and M&S food inside Westfield shopping centre. Alternatively, Ted’s Veg grocer, is within a few minutes walk of the flat. If you’re hoping to eat or drink out during your stay, you have a wealth of options on your doorstep! There are a number of restaurants right by the flat, including Darkhorse, Ginger & Mint, Santi and Signorelli. As well as this, there are numerous options inside the Westfield shopping centre.
Other points of interest in the area include the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. If it’s a nice day we suggest you rent a Santander Bike (which you can do from any of the bike stands you come across, or online) and cycle around the park. You might also like to visit the VeloPark to try your hand at Olympic cycling! The Westfield shopping centre is the perfect destination for all your shopping needs, as well as having a cinema and bowling alley.
Otherwise, you are surrounded by fantastic transport links which offer you easy access into central London so that you can explore the city!
The property is well situated to get you around London. Stratford International (mainline rail), is within a 5 minute walk, while both Stratford (mainline, overground and DLR) and Stratford underground (Central and Jubilee lines) are within 10-15 minutes.
Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London.

Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
Children and infants are welcome to stay, however we do not provide a cot or highchair, so advise that guests bring their own.
Please note, our home is for sale so we may request buyer viewings during your stay.
