Bodwyddog Bach is located in a place of natural beauty surrounded by beautiful scenery. We are right on the doorstep of many coastal walks and 3 miles outside Aberdaron village. Beautiful beaches and small quaint villages surround us.
The Crog Loft which is an entirely separate annexe to our home is solely yours. It has one bedroom, and this is en suite, and you also have a downstairs kitchen and living area. There is a private garden with a patio to the rear of the property.
The cottage is clean and comfortable with a great 6ft by 6ft wrought iron bed which all my guests rave about. It has all the mod cons and is in a quiet, peaceful area off a small lane. We have the most beautiful walks right from our doorstep.
Guests have a parking area in front of the cottage.
Both I and my husband Rob are friendly and love to talk, Welsh is my first language, and we’ll do our best to make your stay a great one. We are right next door to the cottage so anything you need, please pop over. If you need to use the washing machine just let me know.
Bodwyddog Bach is 3 miles from the quaint village of Aberdaron which has two pubs, a newsagent, sandwich and pizza bar, two cafes a Spar and a great bakery. We are also only 6 miles away from the popular village of Abersoch. Our nearest town is Pwllheli which is 16 miles away, where you will find lots of eateries, shops and supermarkets.
This is a rural area, and there are great roads to cycle here, but you must be fit as there are lots of very steep hills to conquer!! This is a walkers heaven, and after a week of walking, you will be fit!! There is a bus service into town from the village and there is also a coastal service in the summer so you do not have to do the whole coastal walk in one go.
When visiting Bodwyddog Bach, it is advisable to book ahead if you are thinking of dining out. During the summer season it gets busy in the village so trying to get a table at the last minute is impossible. The Ty Newydd and Ship Hotel are both perfect.
