This spacious two bedroom apartment is located on the second floor with lift access. The open living room features a sofa, dining table and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with all the mod-cons including a stove, oven and microwave, perfect for whipping up a home cooked meal!
The living area is a comfortable and warm space to lounge and relax after a long day in the city! There is also access to the balcony where you can chill out and enjoy a nice meal al fresco. You will enjoy full access to all of the high end quality appliances, TV and Internet.
There are two bright and airy bedrooms. The master bedroom also comes with an en suite shower and bath. The second bedroom has two single beds, both rooms are fitted with large cupboards for all your storing needs! The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet.
Enjoy the other amenities provided in our home, such as a washer/dryer, iron and dishwasher.
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Leith is a buzzing port district, home to hip creatives and longtime locals. Waterfront seafood bistros and traditional pubs dot the Shore area. The Royal Yacht Britannia, a former ocean-going royal residence, showcases elaborate state apartments. With a short walk down to the shore you will discover a variety of trendy bars and restaurants, crowned by Leiths very own Michelin Star restaurant ‘The Kitchin’.
The apartment has very good public transport link to the city centre, with buses running regularly all day and night.
The apartment is also surrounded by parking spaces, these are first come first served however they rarely fill up.

Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
