It consists of three floors. Only the highest plant is dedicated to rural house. With entrance on the north facade at street level. On the south facade it has the height of a third floor with beautiful views of the valley. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Located in the village of Montealegre, declared a Historic Artistic Site, between the Torozos and Tierra de Campos mountains, along with its castle, it dominates the immense cereal plain and the crossroads between roads that communicate in a short time with Palencia, Medina de Rioseco, Valladolid, Ampudia, Villalba de los Alcores, Castromonte ... It is a must stop on one of the routes of the castles of Valladolid. Its fortress, built at the end of the 13th century or beginning of the 14th century by Alfonso de Meneses and ceded to the City Council, is undergoing a restoration process to be dedicated to cultural activities and possibly to an Interpretation Center for the Middle Ages. Its location allows to make very suggestive routes with which to enliven the spirit and comfort the body.
The hook of his castle has relegated for years the discovery of Montealegre, which is one of our most beautiful stone towns. A verse by Jorge Guillén turns his name into a paradox: Montealegre without monte, cheerful plain.
