Either you are coming for a shorter city break or business trip, or you are planning to bring your family for a longer holiday to Lisbon, Lisbon Dreams Apartment is the perfect place for you to stay.

Our apartment is located in the Avenidas Novas (New Avenues) neighborhood, the prestigious residential, commercial and business area in the heart of Lisbon. We are close to some cultural treasures, good coffee shops and restaurants and shopping areas.

Our apartment is 15-20min walk away from Marquês de Pombal, the beginning of the famous boulevard Avenida Liberdade. The downtown Baixa can be reached by metro or bus in 15 minutes, whereas the closest metro (S. Sebastião & Saldanha) bus and airport bus stops are in 5-10min walking distance. Our apartment can easily be reached by metro, airport bus or car.

The closest supermarket is right behind the corner. You can also walk (approx. 10 minutes) to the ElCorte Inglés department store or to the shopping center of Saldanha. You can go for a breakfast to one of the well-known nearby pastry shops – A Padaria Portuguesa or Pão Doce. Also, why not to visit the Saldanha market „31 de Janeiro“ and get some fresh fruits and seafood for your home-made dinner. Regarding sightseeing, we are in walking distance from the Gulbenkian Foundadion Museum and Garden, Campo Pequeno Bullfight right, the biggest public park of Lisbon, Parque Eduardo VII, and the worth-visiting traditional pastry shop Pastelaria Versailles.

The apartment is located on a second floor, enjoying the privilege of facing the back garden, which guarantees the calm and quiet ambient that is so needed for a good night rest in the middle of a big capital city.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and living room with a sofa-bed, both of the rooms have separate doors enabling to guarantee some privacy for everybody. There is a spacious closet available for the guests to organize their belongings during their stay. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a little cozy sitting area.

We are welcoming families with children. Upon request we can provide you with baby cots, baby bathtub, high chair, potty and basic pushchair.

The biggest advantage of the apartment is its possibility to offer to the guests all the highly valued features for comfortable stay, which often cannot be found in older buildings, and therefore can easily be considered as kind of a luxury in Lisbon. The building has an elevator and 24h security person. There is a parking spot available in the underground garage of the building. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, central heating, TV and Internet connection WiFi), washing machine, kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

Bed linen and towels are provided to the guests. We also provide you with all the necessary touristic information, city map and good overview and smart tips about our neighborhood! Extra services are available upon request.

Just a minute away is the Gulbenkian Foundation, a center of culture offering permanent and temporary exhibitions, orchestra concerts, a large garden area with couple of lunch restaurants and charming lake. Also, in the walking distance are the beautiful Arabian Bullfight Arena, today home for many events and stores, as well as the Miradouro Parque Eduardo VII, viewpoint with unbeatable look at the city.

Besides various street stores, you are also find nearby the El Corte Inglés Department Store, a free-standing, full-range store, unique in Lisbon. You can find there quality products from designer clothing to furniture, gourmet groceries, food court and cinema. Many restaurants are found here as well as several cozy coffeeshops, including the modern Choupana Caffe or traditional Pastelaria Versailles.

During the daytime Avenidas Novas is full of pedestrian and car traffic, people going to work or enjoying the cultural and recreational sites. However by night time the neighbourhood calms down - offering a calm, clean and safe environment for an evening stroll or dining out.

The Avenidas Novas neighbourhood is easily accessible by car or public transport. We are 10 minutes car ride from the airport or 10 minutes metro ride to the downtown. Nearby our apartment you can find three different metro stops - giving you access to Blue, Yellow and Red subway lines. And since we have a spot in the garage (under our building, with lift upstairs!) you can very well come by car or rent a car for your stay!
