The ground floor, with under floor heating, has a spacious kitchen/dining room opening into the living room, where double doors give access to the secluded patio. The luxurious master bedroom is designed for relaxation with king size bed and claw footbath; the modern shower room is adjacent with a good sized single room with pull out to make it into a twin, also on the first floor. The woodwork throughout the cottage is quite unique, with wide bespoke doors made from reclaimed local joists to compliment the original beams and pillars.
Betsey Trotwood is opposite the owners’ house however it has allocated parking on the drive and a secluded courtyard garden at the back so that you can enjoy privacy.
The front door opens into an entrance hall opening to the inner hall with stairs rising ahead, a cloakroom and door to the kitchen/breakfast room. The ground floor is tiled throughout with under floor heating to keep your feet cosy!
