We had a confirmation that we would be met at the property at 4.30pm and duly arrived at that time. No one arrived. We rang host maker and they said they would get back to us. We had to keep ringing to follow up. 2 hours later we were still sitting outside property. We were advised to have dinner, and we would be compensated at £15 per head and there was 3 of us. We were then informed that we would be met at 7.30pm. We explained we were having a difficult weekend, and we needed secure parking as our car was full. At 7.45 pm we were met at the property but it had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, used bath towels, bins overflowing and fruit flies circling. We were advised to book a hotel which we would need to pay for then we would be able to claim this money back. We did not trust this company now who did not apologise or advocate on our behalf. We went for dinner, found somewhere else to stay for Sunday evening and stayed in our daughters empty room on the Saturday night, having to empty the contents of the car back into her property.
The saga did not end there. I emailed Paulius on the Saturday evening to say we would not be staying on the Sunday, as we had made alternative arrangements, and did not want to chance the same thing happening the next day. We had no response.
On Sunday morning we rang to confirm our situation and the response we got was appalling. The person said the house keeper was on the way to the property and therefore we did not need to cancel our booking. I asked for him to speak to the property owner /manager in a higher position and explain how unfairly we were being treated. We asked that he get back to us within 30 minites-No response!
That afternoon we spoke to a lady who sounded sympathetic to our cause and said she would get back to us. No response!
We returned the keys to the property and posted it into the letterbox as agreed. My husband checked if the property was ready for us to stay even though we had made other arrangements. At 7pm on the 2nd night it was unclean with no change to presentation.
This was 15th September.
We have consistently rang and emailed your company and here we are more than a week later and it is still not sorted. You have our money for 2 nights accommodation which we were unable to use. You have not once contacted us, or apologised, nor offered to give us our money back. Nor have we received the money for the meals. This needs to be sorted! We don't recommend this company!
Appart avec tout le nécessaire, avec vue sur les péniches et au loin Canary Wharf au top. La station de métro Limehouse est juste devant l'immeuble ce qui est super. Bémol, la chambre principale est très bruyante car directe sur le métro et la rue. De plus l'une des 2 fenêtres ne ferme pas bien du coup ça n'atténue pas le bruit ce qui est bien dommage. Mais si comme nous vos journées sont chargées vous trouverez tout de même vite le sommeil mais il ne faut pas s'étonner d'être réveillé par les coups de flaxon et le métro 😏�
