This charming family holiday apartment, located on the top floor, has a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. It hosts 2 bedrooms (4 + 2), living room, kitchen cum dining area (including dishwasher) and bathroom with bath/shower/toilet.
The large master bedroom has twin beds, two bunk beds (2 m), large fitted wardrobe, drawers and a dressing table. The smaller bedroom accommodates two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and dressing table.
The spacious living room has a large settee and sofa bed including fitted wall cabinet with English speaking TV channels (BBC, ITV) and DVD player. Own parking, Free Wi-Fi, Ski-boot dryer/heaters. Sledges provided.

About the owner: English wife and Swiss husband who met up in Geneva, travelled the world and then decided to settle in the Appenzell hills of Switzerland. Our love of nature and sport attracted us to buy our second home in Arosa.

We discovered Arosa 20 years ago, fell in love with the resort straight away and have been coming here ever since. Our love of skiing led us to many skiing resorts but the charm and beauty of Arosa attracted us to this wonderful place. We were attracted to this house because of its unique location with all the facilities within walking distance of our house.
