Terraced house, leader in the park about 170 meters from the sea and 2000 meters from Acciaroli.
The villa has a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, a patio and outdoor shower with hot water.
From the patio, on the ground floor, you enter the living room with masonry fireplace. The living room is furnished with a rectangular dining table (although in the summer evenings villa guests enjoy outdoor dining) and a sofa bed for two people. On the ground floor there are: the kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, a closet and the basement used as a compartment washing machine and sink.
A brick staircase leads upstairs where there are three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, are connected by a sea-view balcony with wooden beams and an exposed terracotta roof.
Stays from Sunday to Sunday.
The house is in a park with parking areas and common spaces for children to play. Through a ladder you reach a dirt path leading to the nearest bay to the house, while, over the Mezzatorre (visible in the photos), there is a sandy beach of about two kilometers where the crystal clear waters invite you to swim.
The beach is free and equipped with parking areas, beaches with bars and restaurants.
Acciaroli in summer is alive with shops and nightlife. This fishing village has a lovely twelfth-century church.
Recommended excursions: archaeological ruins of Paestum and Velia, the Caves of Perth, routes within the Cilento National Park. To the north are Salerno, Naples, the ruins of Pompeii and the Royal Palace of Caserta.
In the summer months from the port of Acciaroli the hydrofoil leaves, which in just over an hour arrives in Positano, Sorrento and Capri.
