Very clean and well stocked

I stayed for a quick overnight at the Nautical Mile. The apartment is cozy, clean and very well stocked. I like the location. It was quite convenient to several food options and, although I did not have the chance to explore, the road to the beach is steps away. The futon is a little hard, as futons generally are - just a general note for guests who may want to bring a sleeping bag as an additional cushion if using it as a bed. I had a little trouble with the bedroom tv (likely due to my novice Smart TV knowledge), but not so much that I needed to inquire about it. Diane made staying at her VRBO listing easy, and she was very responsive to my questions. Thanks very much for letting me stay at your listing.

Thanks for your review and hopefully the next time you visit Wells you will have more time to explore the area! The futon is two years old and pretty much standard...I guess it is a matter of preference and thankfully the bed is medium firmness giving choices for travelers. Hope the TV in the living room was easier to work. The bedroom TV was installed recently and the manual is in the top drawer of the dresser where the TV makes its home.

We had a great week! It was a little small but it was big enough for our family of 4 (two small children). It was very clean and very reasonably priced to ensure that we could spend our money on other fun things besides lodging. Diane was a great communicator and made sure we were well taken care of. Would recommend to other small families and would definitely stay again!
