This charming and comfortable, one bedroom condo is located on the slopeside of Four O'Clock Ski Run and is across the street from Snowflake Lift, allowing you to ski right up to the Antlers complex! Our condo has a covered entry way, ski storage in the garage, and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stools, which you can eat at with enough room for four. It is also equipped with updated appliances consisting of a full-size stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and dishwasher. We also provide basic seasonings. Our cabinets contain quality dishes, glassware and pots for those who enjoy cooking. We have lots of counter space! The dining area has a table with four comfortable chairs. The living area is equipped with a flat screen TV, leather queen sleeper sofa and a reclining comfortable reading chair. Enjoy the gas fireplace to warm things up! High speed wireless internet access is provided. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable, flat screen TV, and a closet with plenty of storage and hanging clothes. We installed a new washer/dryer for your convenience since baggage for air travel is so expensive. An assigned parking spaces is also provided (two cars only). The Breckenridge shuttle stop is located just across the street. We are located only 3 blocks to the main street of Breckenridge. Our unit is NON-SMOKING and unfortunately does not allow guests to bring pets.
We have retired out to Breckenridge and live here full time. In the summer, there is so much to enjoy in Breckenridge. We enjoy hiking and eating downtown and just being outdoors. We are always walking our 2 golden retrievers( Remi and Bailey) - who are always looking for someone to pet them!. WeI love the skiing, hiking, dining options and the summer music concerts. Breckenridge is a lively place with a great downtown area. I manage the property myself and keep it in excellent shape. I take great pride in our condos and hope to share them with guests who feel the same. The local saying is 'you come for the winter but stay for the summers'. We have made Breckenridge our home.

Antlers Lodge is a quiet small complex that has a creek the runs along side it during the summer months. We love is so much that we purchase another condo in the same complex for our retirement home. It is across the street from Snowflake Lift. There are two ski shop, one across the street and one next store that makes renting skis or greating tune ups a breeze. The location is great, close to ski trails, hiking trails, bus service, downtown and shopping. There is a bus stop across the street. We think we have the best location in Breckenridge!
The kitchen is full size and plenty of room for guests who enjoy cooking. Eating at the breakfast bar or sitting down at the table for dinner give guest options. When the snow is good, you can ski back to our condo and just walk across the street to catch Snowflake Lift. Our condo is treated as a second home, not just a rental unit. It has many amenities that you feel that you are at home! It is so easy to walk into town and not necessary to drive the car or call for a shuttle. In the summer the hiking is great! Easy access to trails for beautiful walks in the mountains.
We could not have asked for a better family ski vacation to Breckenridge. The location of this condo is PERFECT! Literally a two minute walk to the Snowflake lift. Our vacation was during spring break and we never had a wait to get on the Snowflake lift when starting our day between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Every day we returned to the condo for lunch and literally skied to the front hood of my vehicle. We enjoyed several inches of snow on one day and my kids actually skied across the parking lot to the front door of the condo. The rates for this condo are very reasonable. The condo was great for my family of four with a 14 and 11 year old kids. All areas of the condo were clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have the owners in Breckenridge. They were available to assist us at any time during our stay. We had a problem with one key card and it was fixed in minutes. Our favorite dining experience was at the Breckenridge Brewery. The food is outstanding and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this condo, the Breckenridge Brewery, and Breckenridge Ski Resort for your next ski vacation!
What a great place to stay! So comfortable and well-appointed that it felt more like staying at a friend's place than a resort property. Incredibly convenient to ski lift, equipment rental, bus route - and just a short walk down the hill into town if you'd rather explore on foot. Owner Leanne is super-detail oriented and has put a lot of thought into making this condo comfortable and care-free for the vacation traveler. Perfectly-sized condo for solo travelers, two adults, or family with one kiddo. Two thumbs up!!
Great location for sking...literally 50 steps to snowflake lift - which was never crowded over spring break.
The unit was nice, comfortable and very well equipped. Affordable and good for small family of 3. Family of 4 people doable but not ideal. Good support from owner.
This one bedroom condo is the best accomodation in the 4 o'clock area for a unit in this size class. The condo is spacious, clean, has a great selection of movies and books, a wonderfully stocked kitchen and is right by the Snowflake chair lift. It's very convenient to rent skis/boards at Charter Sports by the lift as well. It's not an unpleasant walk down the hill to Main St. at night, either. Leanne is a great owner to work with, as she is prompt and looks after all the little details. I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with this unit if they're looking for a one bedroom in Breckenridge.
I'm not sure where to begin but to simply say, "Thank you Leanne!" It was a terrific experience. You walk out the front door, go across the street about 30 yards, rent and grab your skis/equipment, and then walk 15 yards out the equipment store door to the Snowflake lift. How can you beat that? At the end of the day . . .(assuming there is enough snow) you take "Four O'Clock Run" and it drops you off right at Snowflake lift and the equipment store. Drop your equipment and walk across the street to the condo. Once in the condo, you've got all the amenities you need. What's more, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with every tool one needs from crockpots to Keurig to non-stick pans to great wine glasses! A wide array of movies are available should you be in the mood. Interested in going into town, it's just a brisk 8 minute walk down the hill. The condo is perfect if you are traveling as a couple/2 - 3 friends. There is a pull out couch in the living room. While the place is amazing, three adults would be a tight fit. Ideal for two people. The only drawback to the condo is that you have to walk to the hot tub. It's about a 0.4 mile walk. When it's cold, it can be tough. However, there is a parking lot at the hot tob facility should you decide to be lazy. Wish there had been a hot tub on site. But don't let that deter you . . .this place is terrific and we have already started recommending it to our friends. We definitely plan to contact Leanne again. Have fun!
My family of four stayed at the condo for 5 nights. Prefect
for us. Nice, cozy & will kept condo. Very clean! Couldn't fit more than 4 in condo. Geat location! Ski in and out to slopes. Great ski rental place directly across the street! Walking distance to shops and restaurant or on city bus route. Hot tub and pool access. The pool & hot tub were really nice but were a little bit of a walk in the cold. Kids still loved it. Would defintely good back to same location and condo.
