Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Stay was really good
Carpet is very dirty except that everything is really good.

I was not impressed with this property and we have been to many differnt condos.
We first got up there the garage remote was not in the condo like it stated. I looked for it for over an hour and was on hold with the management team for at least an hour. We saw cat food all along the hallway to our place the day we got up there and a can of beer in the elevator all 8 days we were there and was still there when we checked out. Then a few days into our trip my kids were excited to go to the pool and when they got there were so disgusted with how dirty it was and the smell that came from it. Also the ice maker didn't work on the refrigerator. I have never complained with other properties I have stayed at in the past but, I felt like I needed to this time. Oh yeah one last thing the wi-fi did not work the whole 8 days so that was very frustrating to all of us. When you advertise that there is wi-fi and it doesn't work then you have someone come look at it and say they will get back to you to get if fixed and then it never gets done you can say that is upsetting.
We are sorry to see our guest was so displeased with their rental experience. We have advised building management of the cleanliness issues this guest encountered in the complex. We were able to return the missing garage door opener to this guest as soon as we were notified. We also called the internet provider as soon as we heard about the WiFi issues, but the earliest they could come was following this guest's stay; when they inspected the internet, there was no problem. The ice maker is not an advertised amenity.
Great condo, very close to Canyon Lodge
Thank you so much to all of your staff! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Our group had a great time skiing and being able to walk back to the house to relax afterwards. I had a few questions during the stay, and Vacasa staff was very quick to return my calls. I appreciate that very much! Overall, great place to stay. If I come back to Mammoth, I would definitely consider this rental again. Thank you very much!
