We’ll make every effort to work with you if you book dates other than Saturday without contacting us first, but we reserve the right to decline a reservation that does not meet our schedule requirements.
Once you book a vacation, one of our agents will contact you by phone or email to confirm your reservation details and collect the security deposit.

This private 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home on a canal is just one dock a from the Palma Sola Bay with expansive views of the water. The property includes its own dock with mooring for up to a 25ft boat. This is a private home that was custom built in 2010 as a family vacation retreat. This custom design has vaulted ceilings in every room with expansive views of the bay with boats sailing by. Even the walk-in master shower has a vaulted ceiling with its own window overlooking the water. This home includes tiled floors throughout for a cool feel in the Florida heat, marble counters and vanities, and all new stainless steel appliances including front loading washer and dryer. There is a covered porch facing east for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and for enjoying dinner in the shade from the afternoon sun. There are also large covered and open patios allowing for open sun or shaded enjoyment. While inside relax in the rocking / reclining love seat facing the 60 in HDTV or stretch out on the large leather sofa. The home is intended for casual living with a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space and includes a large 3 door refrigerator. The layout is specifically designed to not have a formal dining table but rather have all dining at the raised island between the kitchen and living room for views across the bay at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a large table in the foyer for crafts, puzzles, or as a computer station. The master bedroom is very large with its own windows overlooking the water as well as a sliding glass door onto the porch. The master has a queen bed, 40" smart TV, and includes a walk-in closet. The second queen bedroom also has a 40" smart TV, and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd queen bedroom. The property is located at a narrow point on the island and is just a short 2.5 block walk from the beach access. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic and includes parking for 3 cars plus a boat trailer. This hideaway sleeps 6. 1608 Sq.ft.
