Warm & Cozy, Close to Hospitals, University, Alaska Native Heritage Center

Felt like home. Glad it had a washer and dryer.

The facilities were very comfortable and clean. The apartment was in a quiet area of town and center to all of our errands. I appreciated it was spacious enough to allow us to pack and do what we needed to prepare to go home.

We chose to stay here because it was close the Alaska Club where our son was playing in the state tennis tournament. The apartment was just as described. Plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable living area and bedrooms. Clean and easy. Pipes are loud, but that wasn't a big issue for us.

The rental was what we expected. Comfy and cozy! Very neat and clean. The location is great for coming in from the airport or the bus depot. The owner was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions. Would recommend for small families or two couples.

Very clean space and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen! There were two bedrooms and it was quite roomy. Beds were comfortable and black out curtains were a must if you are traveling from several timezones away! Unfortunately, the house was quite noisy. We were on the bottom level and the walls were just too thin for getting a good night's sleep. We told the Owner and she was very gracious about it and tried to keep things quiet, but unfortunately it didn't help much. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend, but if you can sleep through anything, this would be a great place to stay!
