3 Huge bedrooms with king beds in each. Huge NEW Kitchen, Huge new bathroom!
Hello, I am Doug. Albuquerque is like no other USA city. That is why I love living here. And I love the vacation rental business. Each one of my properties are like my children. They are all unique and I treat them with love and respect and want to attract other folks to do the same. I love to travel both in the US and abroad. My favorite trips were to Greece where I spent many summers motorcycling all over the countryside and taking ferries to the numerous islands. It was so beautiful. I also LOVE Barcellona. The night life is fabulous!

End of Vacation
After spending a week in Colorado, our family ended our vacation with 4 1/2 days in Albuquerque at Doug’s place. It was a very nice condo, recently remodeled and nicely furnished. The beds were fantastic, the sheets & towels were great; overall, it was a positive experience. I would, however, like to make a few observations: 1) the kitchen wasn’t as “stocked” as we had expected. There was a general lack of cooking/baking essentials, e.g., the Tablespoon was missing from the measuring spoons, there was 1 baking dish, and I had to purchase ziplock baggies & aluminum foil for the leftovers. Also, basic condiments were missing. 2) The “AC” wasn’t central air (HVAC), but a swamp cooler...which doesn’t work if there’s any humidity outside. Unfortunately, we arrived right when the “monsoon” season arrived. A fan in every bedroom would have been appreciated. 3) My final observation is about the “en suite” or “master bathroom.” Although the condo was recently remodeled and the main bathroom was beautifully updated, the master bathroom was basically left out of the remodel. It was very disappointing.
Taking these things into consideration, knowing Albuquerque and all it’s quirk, and having stayed at Doug’s condo for more than an overnight stay, I would probably stay again...I’d just be better prepared.
So much nicer than a hotel. We had a lovely family reunion here with enough room for visiting.
Great place to stay! Way better than a hotel. Very spacious and comfortable. Great AC!

Attended Senior Games in Albuquerque
Location of the property is excellent with easy access to all parts of Albuquerque. The unit is well equipped with necessities and is nicely decorated and has an up to date appearance.
Great place to stay
The property was clean, safe, and in a great location. We visited Albuquerque with our two teenaged daughters and had plenty of space for all of us. We felt very safe in the condo and its location made accessing all of the places we wanted to go very easy!
