About this property

Apartment located on a cove and located in the area of Los Delfines, in Cala en Blanes, just 4 km from Ciudadela. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with direct access to the garden terrace. It also has separate laundry. It has direct access to the cove from the complex, two community pools (adult and children), paddle-tennis court, communal barbecue and community parking spaces at the gates of the complex.

The area has all the services: retaurantes, pharmacy, supermarkets, aquapark, children's leisure areas, etc ... but at the same time has separated from these to have peace of mind. Good connection with the city.

The house is equipped with everything you need, towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, garden terrace furniture, to make the stay as pleasant as possible. It also has towels for the beach.

Lovely Place!

We were looking for a holiday apartment in this area of Menorca and Nerea's place was perfect. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and stylish and we had great friendly communication from her throughout. Would recommend.

Excelente ubicación

Un apartamento con muy buena ubicación, excelente comunicación con la propietaria, ha sido muy amable y nos ha recomendado bastantes sitios interesantes por la zona, el apartamento bien equipado, con menaje suficiente, y con buena corriente de aire, no hace falta aire acondicionado. Hemos estado muy a gusto 😊

Excelente

La zona donde se encuentra llena de calas bonitas y a un paso de Ciutadella. El apartamento decorado con mucho gusto y con muchos detalles que nos hicieron la estancia más cómoda (útiles de playa, tuppers, nevera portátil, secador...) y los anfitriones superatentos a cualquier duda !!! Sin duda lo recomendamos.

appartement similaire aux photos, decoration soignee, tres au calme a cette periode, grande piscine dans la residence, juste en face de l appartement, petite crique en contre bas.

Una estancia perfecta!

El apartamento de Nerea ha sido el alojamiento perfecto para nosotros: precioso, bien comunicado, cómodo, limpio y con el mobiliario nuevo. Cerca de la zona se encuentra una de las calas más bonitas de las que hemos podido visitar: cala en brut. Y tener acceso directo a cala Piques también ha sido un punto a favor. Nerea ha estado muy accesible en todo momento y es la perfecta anfitriona, pese a no encontrarse en Menorca. El apartamento se encuentra en una urbanización muy segura, con vecinos amables. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de estos días de julio, lo único malo es lo rápido que se nos ha pasado! Volveremos. Muchas gracias Nerea
