Listen to the water trickle by... drink your glass of wine... and enjoy your time. Bring a bottle of your favorite wine, leave it for someone else, then drink one from the collection. Nestled right up to Trail Creek, cozy, and close to downtown!
900 sqft townhouse on Trail Creek with large wraparound deck and King and Queen sized beds. 3 blocks from downtown (4 counting the parking lot).
Two stories with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and washer/dryer upstairs and kitchen, living space, ski storage and bathroom downstairs.
Larger bedroom boasts a custom made King mattress and alder wood bed. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of trickling water. Step out your bedroom onto the balcony overlooking Trail Creek where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Ventless electrical wall fireplace with timer to fall asleep by.
Second bedroom has a Queen canopy bed. Each room has individual heat control.
First floor is bright and sunny with two sliding glass doors out onto the very relaxing wraparound deck. Smaller galley type kitchen has coffee maker, basic pots and pans, dishes, utensils, toaster oven, blender, microwave, stove, fridge, and dishwasher. There's a Smart TV with free Netflix, internet access, and basic cable. Also a gas fireplace, free wireless internet, bathroom with shower, and a wall ski rack and bench. Meals can be eaten at the breakfast bar, the pub style table for four, or summertime on the deck.
Help yourself to tea, coffee, popcorn, and hot chocolate. I also have sugar and Stevia packets for your morning coffee. Please be respectful and don't fill your pockets with these when you leave.
Wintertime brings lots of snow so the deck is not always completely usable then and you won't hear water trickling by when the creek freezes over.
I hope you enjoy my Bring a Bottle, Take a Bottle idea. Bring a favorite bottle of wine from your area and leave it for another guest. Pick an enticing bottle of wine from the selection of wines left by previous guests and enjoy.
Guests have access to the entire townhouse with exception to one closet.
The association's pool and Jacuzzi are for summer use only. A separate key is provided for entry AND exit of pool. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. Key is on a colorful sand bucket key chain, hopefully too large to end up in your pocket. Please make sure you do not go home with it. There is a $100 charge to get a new key.
Location is very close to downtown and River Run ski lodge. Just off Main St, only 3 blocks from downtown (4 counting the parking lot) where you will find restaurants, bars, movie theater, art walks and shopping.
