This new two-story luxury townhome presents a coastal feel of rest and relaxation in the heart of 30A. Being only minutes away from popular hotspots such as Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach! ‘Lighthouse’ is dressed in wood-grain tile floors throughout, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures. Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. The second floor holds all three bedrooms. Directly beside one another are the two guest bedrooms that feature a full over full bunk bed with full trundle and queen-size bed with a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast enclosed by Destin and Panama City Beach. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Community Pool:

The Town of Prominence offers a large resort style community pool over 5,000 sq ft! The pool can be seen directly across the street from this unit! Enjoy cabanas, grills, a bathhouse, and fitness center!

Beautiful home in Prominence!

We have stayed in many homes in the 30A area and this one was one of our favorites! Super close to the pool and short stroll to The Hub! The entire home was very clean and bright. We loved the full size bunk beds that can sleep adults as well. Highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a relaxing retreat!

Beautiful place! Great amenities. Across the street from the pool.

Our whole family -9 adults and three small children- stayed here very comfortably. We had our complete thanksgiving dinner here. Nothing to complaint about at all. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend this place!

Amazing fall break experience! Super clean and quiet. I would recommend Prominence to anyone!

Prominence is a great place to stay! We were looking for a quiet place for our family to stay during fall break and this is the one. It's located in the middle of Seaside & Rosemary Beach. The house comes with three bikes. We rented a smaller bike for our 11 yr old & out 14 yr old used the adult bike. We were able to ride bikes to a public beach access, which was not very far. We also rode on to Rosemary Beach area and enjoyed lunch and shopping. We drove to Seaside one day and had lunch at Pickles and took advantage of Santa Rosa Beach. The property at Prominence was AMAZING and extremely clean!! We stayed in 11B, Pine Lands Loop, which was super clean and well decorated. The pool was right across from us, with fitness room, pool bath, grills and pergola's to relax under. The Hub was across 30A, which had several eating places to choose from and movies on the big screen at night; however, some of the restaurants were closed for the season. I would definitely recommend Prominence as a great place to relax and unwind!

Fantastic experience at Prominence- short walk/drive to beach (1/2 mile to beautiful 1/4 mile boardwalk), low crowds at beach, directly across from the Hub, gorgeous pool (not crowded) .... best kept secret on 30a
