Brand new central Brighton penthouse apartment, private terrace with sea view
- english, swedish, danish, mandarin
Hi I'm Tom, welcome to my Brighton flat! Originally from Beijing, China, I have lived in the UK since 2003. I used to work in London and Beijing in different corporates and consulting firms, two years ago my family and I decided to change our life style and moved from London to Brighton. Although only 1 hour's train journey from London, Brighton has a distinctively laid back, bohemian and cosmopolitan feel, and we are loving it here.
Tom purchased this Apartment in 2019
Why Tom chose Brighton City Centre
This flat is as central as you can get in Brighton, an easy walk to all main attractions Brighton has to offer, as well as to shopping areas, restuarants and bars, not to mention it is only a 2 minutes' walk to the sea front. The flat itself is a brand new conversion from a shop warehouse in a period building, inside it is bright and airy, all nicely done and new. You will also enjoy the large private terrace with a sea view.
What makes this Apartment unique
Central and safe location, brand new modern and stylish flat, well proportioned 2-bedrooms and open kitchen/living room, luxury bathroom, high ceilings, bright and airy, hosting up to 6 people, private terrace with a sea view
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
The flat is literally in the heart of Brighton. The biggest shopping centre of Brighton - Churchill Square Shopping Centre and the city's main shopping street - Western Road are right around the corner, the beach and the Brighton Centre are 2-3 minutes’ walk away. It is also just a short walking distance to Brighton Pier, Brighton mainline train station, the Lanes, British Airways i360, Royal Pavilion, Aquarium, cafes, pubs, night clubs, shops, restaurants, museums, galleries and theatres and much more.
Coming out of the apartment building in front of you is the lovely small Clarence Square gardens. Turning left, you will arrive at the Churchill Square Shopping Centre in 1 minute; turning right, you will step onto Brighton’s commercial hub Western Road momentarily. Why not enjoy a pint at the local pub Pull & Pump next door; and if you look carefully you will find the discreet entrance to Brighton Little Theatre next to the pub.
Brighton is also an excellent base for exploring neighbouring towns and attractions such as Lewes, Newhaven, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea and Devil's Dyke, Seven Sisters Country Park etc.
If you arrive by car, you can use the paid NCP car park around the corner.
If you arrive by train, the Brighton train station is a 12 minutes’ walk or 8 minutes’ ride by taxi.
Since the flat is so central, the best way to get around is to walk, as all main attractions are nearby. Another way to get around is to use the many “hop on hop off” bike hire stations around Brighton and Hove. Alternatively, public transport is frequent and very good and there are plenty of taxi companies nearby. The Clarence Square bus stop on Western Road is less than a minute’s walk away where the buses take you to Hove on one direction and Kemptown the other.
Parking is limited in central Brighton, but luckily we have a large multi-storey car park next door.
