About Sue and Rob Stocks
My family and I moved to Exmouth in 2009. We just adore living by the Coast and appreciate everything that Exmouth has to offer - sandy beaches, Woodbury Common where our dog, Max, loves to chase around and fetch sticks, great restaurants and cafes with some pretty special shops in the Town Centre too.
Sue and Rob Stocks purchased this Bungalow in 2019
Why Sue and Rob Stocks chose Exmouth
If you like to have everything close by and just enjoy a stroll into Town or the Seafront, this bungalow is definitely for you! Within seconds you can be enjoying a drink in the one of the local bars or dipping your toes in the sea within a five minute walk! You can even wash off your sandy toes in the garden - tap provided! We're very pet friendly too, so your four legged family members will just love sharing your time in Exmouth
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Lovely little bungalow in the heart of Exmouth town. Very clean and had everything we needed.
Privately tugged away in the very center of Exmouth
Perfect location right in the center - close to shopping, railway station, park, and beach. The apartment doesn't face any streets, but is in a quiet spot with a private, closed little garden (lawn) behind a restaurant; neighbours' windows and terrasses are quite close, though.
The apartment seems to be well maintained (or recently updated). Furniture etc. is mainly "Ikea standard", though, and the hinges of a couple of cupboard doors should be fastened (done!)
Kitchen equipment is hardly sufficient for a family of 4, and pots and pans are not big enough.
Extra bedroom is situated a few steps down and has no window.
Key is found in a key box, so we never met the manager/owner, but had a fine mail communication.
Paid parking next to the apartment is only short stay (+ nights for free). We bought parking for more consecutive days, valid for all East Devon parking lots - also in other towns.
