Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Skiing, Snowboarding, Hiking, Fly-Fishing, Dining, Shopping, etc. The possibilities are endless...
This ski in/ski out Timber Creek condo was just renovated in July 2009 with new carpet, blinds, flat screen TV and other decorative elements to make your stay extremely comfortable. The condo features two bedrooms and a loft (which does have a door) and two full baths. It's located in one of Colorado's premiere resorts, Copper Mountain.
This 3rd floor, corner unit is 1,100 square feet and steps away from prime skiing, as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi area and laundry facilities. There are gorgeous mountain views from its location and only has neighbors to one side for added privacy.
The condo is only a brief 5-minute walk away from Center Village, restaurants, bars, chair lifts, etc. Shuttle service is also available to the complex and resort from Resort Express out of Summit County.
This Copper Mountain condo is ideal for groups or families traveling together who are looking for the best deal in an ideal vacation destination. The condo is comfortably ideal for six or less people.
Lockers are located at the bottom of the staircase, so you can store your gear there.
PLEASE NOTE: The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are 57 steps to get up to the unit. The unit is not handicap accessible. Contact us for reservations and lodging details.

About Michael Yelton
Originally from North Carolina, my husband lived in Colorado for six years and was a fly-fishing guide. He always wanted to move back to NC, but also wanted to keep his property in Copper Mountain. We got married and have a child, which makes it hard to travel back to CO as often, so we rent it out for other to enjoy!
Michael Yelton purchased this Condo in 2003
What makes this Condo unique
We enjoy the close proximity to the ski slopes and lifts, and also being able to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. There is plenty for people of all ages to enjoy from toddlers to adults. It is equally nice to spend the evenings inside by the fire or scoping out the neighboring towns like Vail or Dillon.

Clean, great location, very functional for our family! Second time we have stayed here and we will be back:)
Very Good Ski in/Ski out Condo
Condo was clean and well appointed with three queen beds and adequate kitchen and dining area. We ate all meals there to save on food costs, and the appliances all worked fine, but the oven/range both run pretty hot and the non-stick pans in the unit are scratched and old and in need of replacement (we chose not to use them). Sink area in master bath is nice with plenty of counter space around single sink. Shower/tub in master is very narrow with a low mounted shower head and may feel a bit claustrophobic to larger folks. Great room is very comfortable, and the unheated ski lockers in the garage level were extremely handy (keep your boots warm and toasty in the spacious entryway in the condo, and they're much easier to get on in the morning). Parking for this unit is outside and not as desirable if weather is expected to be bad, but the parking space is but a short walk to the staircase leading up to the condo. You'll definitely get your exercise trekking the 57 steps up to get to the third floor, but the end result is a warm and comfortable unit that is truly ski in convenient to the runs on the east side of the result. Our family of four would definitely stay there again if the unit was available.
The place was very clean and nice. Very good location, truly a ski in ski out. Worked out so well for my family. Would love to stay here next ski season!!
Great ski in ski out condo
We loved being able to truly ski in and out of the condo. The building is definitely from the 70's, but the hot tub, south facing windows, three dedicated bedrooms really make up for it. We live on the Front Range, and the 58 stairs that other reviewers talk about still got us. Overall, a good place.
Clean, comfortable, close to Gem lift and great view.
We had a wonderful time. We loved how close the condo was to the Gem lift and we could ski right to the bottom of the stairs leading to the condo. There were quite a bit of stairs to get to the condo, but doable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the door on the loft was great since we have little kids. We would definitely stay here again!
Our family stayed over two weeks at Timber Creek in July 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort, quiet and roominess. Just about anything we needed was available. If you can climb the 57 steps to the third story, this is the place to be!
