Located on the second floor corner of an ocean front building, the condo offers sweeping ocean views, as well as quiet and security. Enjoy meals on the lanai using the completely furnished kitchen or watch the sunset as you BBQ at the waters edge. Watch whales and dolphins jump just off shore, swim in our heated pool or enjoy the adjacent salt-water sea pool.
The bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are cooling ocean breezes and ceiling fans for comfort as well as AC available
The remodeled bathroom provides a walk in shower as well as an exterior window for ventilation.
There is secure high speed internet in the unit as well as free local and long distant calls to the mainland and Canada.
The town of Kailua-Kona about 1 and 1/2 miles away offers restaurants, groceries and shopping opportunities. There are many golf courses on the island and Royal Kona Resort has tennis courts available. One of the best snorkeling areas in the islands is a short 2 mile drive south.

About the owner: I am a Walnut Creek, CA resident who enjoys escaping the Bay Area for respite in Kona-Kailua.
Why the Owner Chose Kailua-Kona, HI, USA:
We had enjoyed vacationing at Kona Isle many times and when this ocean front second floor unit became available, we jumped on it. The condo had been recently remodeled, but we have continued make upgrades. We recently installed a granite countertop in the kitchen. The washer/dryer are relatively new as is the refrigerator.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I frequently play tennis at the nearby Royal Kona Tennis Club. We also like walking to local restaurants for breakfast or lunch, but find we most enjoy BBQing oceanside at our complex for sunset dinners. We take much pride in our condo and endeavour to maintain it so that every guest finds it more than satisfactory.
