Beach Front Villa On Hilton Head Island, park your car and walk to everything!

Ocean Front Complex that is walking distance from Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza which features many restaurants, retail and souvenir shops and Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Convenient location allows you to park and walk to everything you need. There are also many restaurants, shops and activities that are a short drive away. This units décor was updated in 2017 along with a new heating and air conditioning unit. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, fold out queen sofa, and fold out twin bed. There is a new 40" smart TV with a Blue ray player and cable in the living area as well as a 32" TV with cable and Blue ray player in the bedroom. There is one bathroom that is beautifully tiled with full size shower. Amenities also include a full size washer and dryer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Outlets have been updated to include USB attachments. There is a large balcony with table and chairs with view of the ocean. There is a beautiful full size pool and baby pool with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas located in the center of the complex. From here you follow a short pathway to the beautiful beach. It takes about 2 minutes to reach the beach from your room depending on what you are carrying. There is an outside shower located off the boardwalk and foot rinse areas on either side of the pool Parking is conveniently located around and under the complex.

I am comfortable letting them run over to Coligny alone and have never felt a concern for their safety. I loved it so much that when the opportunity arrived to buy a unit, I did!!

Great Condo - Most Updated Breakers Unit We Have Stayed In

The only reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is as follows:

1. Smokey smell. To be clear, the VRBO home renter did alert us that two previous renters noted a smokey smell and reported it to her. The smell was not terrible (and I am highly sensitive to smoke), but was noticeable when entering the unit.

2. Smell in garbage disposal when we ran it for a few seconds. Likely just a piece of food from previous renter lodged in disposal.

3. Limited pots and pans

Regardless of the above, we will be visiting again. Nicest breakers unit we have stayed in, and breakers remains the best location on the island. A beautifully updated unit, perfect 5 stars aside from the above small items. Thanks Trish! We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful updated unit with great location!

The pictures don't even do the unit justice. The updates are wonderful, and the location is perfect. We slept 3 small kids in the living room with no problems. The TVs are updated with Netflix (great for kids), and the walk to the beach and restaurants is very short. The owners are wonderful- honest people who take care of their unit and their guests. Very responsive when we had questions. I only took away a star for a couple issues that were really out of the owner's hands (the pool was closed for a couple days due to a pump issue and a neighbor with poor taste). We loved walking to Coligny Plaza and running on the bike trails.

Owner's Response: The neighbor below that was a heavy smoker and THC smoker was evicted in 10/2017. The unit no longer smells of smoke. Thanks again Cheri.
