A un-tarmacked road leads to the house to a wide gravel parking area; there are a number of terraces and verandas to sit out and eat. The salt-water swimming pool is is set in an enclosed area, and includes shower and a WC.

The spacious and beautifully renovated interior is on three levels with entrances on the lower ground floor and the ground floor.

On the lower ground floor is a large living room with doors opening onto a large terrace with stunning views and a perfect outdoor eating area. The dining room, living room as well as the kitchen and a shower room with a WC are all on the lower ground, kept cool in the summer and benefiting from an open fire in colder months.

On the ground floor are four double bedrooms, three with en suite shower rooms with WCs, and one with an en suite bathroom with a WC.

The property is located 13km north of Moissac with the beautiful Tarn River and the world famous spectacular abbey and cloisters. Close by the picturesque medieval village of Lauzerte (16km), is classified as one of the most beautiful villages of France thanks to its amazing square, houses and chapels. Both Moissac and Lauzerte offer a good selection of shops, services, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants with weekly markets.

The larger towns of Agen (42km) and Montauban (41km) are worth visiting for their museums.

Many activities are available within the surrounding area including tennis, horse riding, walking and skydiving. The many water-based activities in the area include fishing, swimming, canoeing and kayaking
