Peace, quiet and tranquility! The opportunity to observe Low Country wildlife in its natural habitat and to enjoy uncrowded beaches, pools, and tennis courts. Friendly people, wonderful history, and the delightful stores, art galleries and open air cafes in Beaufort are a real treat too!

Clean and very welcoming. Beach is close and beautiful. Many dining choices in Beaufort area..15-20 minutes away. We would do again.

Love this Condo and Harbor Island!

We had a great time staying in Hal’s condo. The decor is absolutely adorable and it has every amenity imaginable for an easy stay. The condo is much more spacious than I expected and the screened porch is just perfect. It’s very convenient to the beach and the whole area was really pet friendly, including some of the local restaurants. The rental process was seamless and we were welcomed when we arrived by the very friendly guys working the gate. This condo is a real find, very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again very soon. Thanks, Hal!

Fantastic getaway!

We had the best weekend at Hal’s condo! Hal was incredibly responsive and great to work with. The condo was conveniently located right near the boardwalk, the bed was super comfy, the towels were plush, and the decor was lovely. The beach was also very pet friendly, and there was lots of grass around for dogs to use. We would recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back ourselves! P.s. we loved Sweet grass restaurant which is only about a 20 minute drive from the condo.

*NO SMOKING! This condo is SMOKE FREE. We are non smokers. So, please have respect for our family and refrain from smoking. In the event that our housekeeper detects the smell of cigarette smoke, and or evidence upon your departure, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
*PARKING PASS:
Parking Passes are required by Harbor Island Owners Association. The current rate is $11.00 per night. Our minimum stay is two (2) nights. $11.00 x 2 = $22.00. Reservations that exceed our two night minimum will be charged $11.00 per night. Only one (1) pass will be issued per vehicle. The pass must be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle and be visible at all times.
*PETS: We are pet friendly. However, there is a non-refundable pet fee. We ONLY accept dogs! NO cats! If you are planning on bringing your pet, please be honest and pay the fee. Our Low Country friends and neighbors keep an eye on the place in our absence, should it be brought our attention that a pet is on the premisses without our permission, we will ask you to remove your pet, and board it locally for the rest of your stay. Sea Island Hospital Animal Hospital offers boarding, as well as Beaufort Dog located downtown.
*RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is the responsibility of the renter to leave the condo as they found it. The simple instructions regarding departure should be followed. If any dirty dishes are left in the sink, or food is left in the refrigerator and if the trash is left behind, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

**THE OWNERS ONLY CONSIDER SERIOUS INQUIRES**

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
