The Apartment is furnished and we provide basic necessities like drinking water, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, Induction Cooker, Television, Hot water Geyser to name a few.. Parking in the complex is free and if you want to feel at home, just sit in our balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the lush green fields / hills.

Home delivery of food, Bike hire and car hire services are also available by our associates at additional costs. For those interested in Nightlife, Calangute / Baga is just around 55 km away and the nearest airport is Goa International Airport, around 26 km from the apartment.

Im a Professional Photographer by profession and I always wanted to try out the hospitality business. To start with, Im offering 4 serviced apartments in the complex which are owned by myself / my relatives. Just as i believe my wedding couples should get affordable yet quality packages in the photography business, I want to also offer you all quality home stays at affordable rates. My mission is to expand my homestays presence under the namesake Pimenta Homestays to various places in Goa by the end of the year.

The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. People around are friendly and there's not much of noise or air pollution.
