We purchased a condo in this building on the 3rd floor, renovated it, sold it and moved 6 floors up to a larger unit with breathtaking views. We completely renovated every inch of this apartment. Convenient, confortable and efficient
This is a recently completely renovated corner unit (everything new)on the 9th floor with several views of the Gulf from the lanai. Of course the condo is clean, clean, clean! Not only is it just a few minutes walk to the beach (great shelling)and many areas to walk, run, bike, etc. but many restaurants, shopping, theatres, etc. are just a short drive away. Like to fish--only ten steps from the lobby door. You'll love this condo and the area!
A "little paradise" in Naples
The condo is very well equipped, decorated with great taste, and everything is brand new. The view from the lanai is spectacular and included a dolphin show! The owner was very cordial and helpful. Lots to see and do in the area and the beach is within walking distance. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a first class accommodation.
Perfect Place in Paradise
Spent a fabulous month of March in this beautiful condo. The location is just 5 minutes walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Delnor Wiggins State Park. Just minutes from the beach but in a very quiet area with a gorgeous view of the back river. The condo is immaculately clean with granite counter tops and shinny new wood floors. Everything is provided from lots of high quality sheets, towel, beach towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with top quality pans, dishes, and was a delight for me as a cook. I plan to rent it again next year!
Wonderful Summer Vacation
We stayed in this condo in July 2012. It was one of the most enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing vacations we have ever had! You don't have to worry about a thing....from coffee maker, beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer to tennis rackets, kayak, fabulous pool and walking distance to a beautiful beach. The location is wonderful so close to fabulous restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is like your staying at a fabulous hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable the lanai is an added plus with breathtaking views! You wont go wrong renting this wonderful condo!!!! I cant wait to go back!
Great Condo, Great Location
There are several things that set this condo apart from the ordinary. First is the location. You feel as if you are miles away from civilization yet you are 15-20 minutes from 5th Avenue, 5 minutes from Mercado and a 7-minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. The condo is at the end of a peninsular so there is no through traffic and it is very peaceful. The lanai overlooks the pool, Turkey Bay and the state park boat launch. One of our favorite activities was relaxing on the lanai and watching for dolphins.
Second, the condo is very clean and updated with hardwood floors and granite countertops and includes every amenity that you would expect and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked; the sheets and towels are abundant (including several beach towels). Even beach equipment (chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc.), tennis racquets and inflatable beds are provided.
In addition, the owners are very pleasant, accommodating and easy to deal with.
We own a few Marriot timeshares and are used to Marriott quality. We were not disappointed.
