Your Seattle residence is at the epicenter of a number of Seattle's most desirable attractions including Hip Capitol Hill, Pulsing Pioneer Square, the cuisine of the International District and the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders. You can walk to all or a street car practically outside your door. Your home features a chef's kitchen with a gas cooktop, bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, a covered deck overlooking the park and plush bedding. Great for solos, couples or families.
Pioneer Square is a 20 min walk west or 10 min on the streetcar and Broadway on Capitol Hill is a also a 20 min walk north or 10 minutes on the streetcar. A five minute walk south is the International District and one of the best Vietnamese restaurants - The Green Leaf - in the Northwest. Pike Place Market is a 20 min walk or a short bus ride from the end of the streetcar line.
Two great daytime outings would be the streetcar to downtown and then walk on either the water taxi to West Seattle or the ferry to Bainbridge Island. West Seattle has the only true beach promenade in the city and great views back of the city (particularly spectacular at night from Salty's restaurant). Bainbridge Island reminds one of a small village with shopping and restaurants sort of like Nantucket.
For sports fans we are again a short street car from both the Mariners and Seahawks stadiums. Finally, there are plenty of activities around Lake Union just north of the downtown - south side is the Amazon Complexes and the Gates and Allen foundations, west side is the Seattle Center, theaters, the Experience Music Project, while east side and north side are typical hip urban neighborhoods of Eastlake and Fremont. Adjacent to Fremont is Ballard which along with Capitol Hill are destinations for the latest in eateries for the foodies
Unless you plan on going out of town, I don't think you will need a car and Uber or Lyft should suffice. Speaking of Apps - pick up Urban Spoon/Zomato for restaurants. Check out AirBnB's Seattle Guidebook:
