Stunning newly renovated 5 bedroom/3 bathroom detached villa with private pool and 200m walk to beach. Ideal for large/two families. Car not essential as bus and train close by.

Villa Carlena is a stunning 5 bedroom detached villa which has been recently renovated to a high specification. It has a private pool and mature landscaped gardens.

The main entrance to the house is via patio doors on the 1st floor:

First floor:

Patio doors leading to the naya which has lounge area with views over the front garden.

The cosy living room has 3 sofas, flat screen satellite tv, dvd player, wii, open fireplace and views of the front and rear gardens and pool. The property also has high speed wifi available.

The dining room looks over the front garden and has seating for 8 people.

Bedroom 1 is a large air conditioned bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes. Views of front garden.

Bedroom 2 is a large air conditioned double bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes with views of the garden to the side of the house.

Bathroom 1 is a large family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc and wash basin with vanity unit.

Upstairs kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, osmosis water filtration system, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all other amenities needed. The kitchen has door leading to rear garden.

The rear of the property has huge patio area, barbecue and a private swimming pool.

The pool is approximately 10m x 4m with stairs leading to the shallow end of the pool and separate shower. There are several sun loungers and sun umbrellas for sun or shade.

The patio has a large purpose-built barbecue area (with electric) and has dining table and chairs for enjoying outside dining.

Entrance to the ground floor is at the side of the property leading into the kitchen.

Downstairs kitchen and dining area: The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle toaster etc. There is a dining table with seating for 6 people and sofa area. Door leads to front garden with side entrance to the rear garden and pool.

Bedroom 3: Large bedroom with double bed. fitted wardrobes and views over the front garden.

En suite bathroom 2 leading from bedroom 3, consisting walk in shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.

Bedroom 4 has two single beds with wardrobe;

Downstairs bathroom 3 is a large family bathroom consisting bath, large glass brick walk-in shower, wc, bidet and wash basin with vanity unit.

There is a drive at the front of the property with off street parking for 3 cars.

The property is ideally situated for all amenities. Venta Lanuza beach is 200m from the property and has a beautiful sandy beach. The Jet Set bar can be found close by for food and drink and in July and August there is a chiringuito (beach bar) on Lanuza beach. What can be better than sipping a cocktail on the beach watching the sun setting.

If you don’t fancy driving you can either take the local bus into El Campello or the local electric tram is a 2 minute walk and runs along the coast of the Costa Blanca from Alicante to Benidorm. It is a cheap form of transport and ideal for visiting different areas in the vicinity.

Half an hour drive from Airport Alicante to Venta Lanuza.

If you would like to be transferred from the airport to Villa Carlena, we can arrange a 14-persons bus to pick you up and v.v. Charges will be paid by you in cash to the busdriver.

From Venta Lanuza you can either take the local bus into El Campello or the local electric tram is a 2 minute walk and runs along the coast of the Costa Blanca from Alicante to Benidorm. It is a cheap form of transport and ideal for visiting different areas in the vicinity. You can take the tram for your shopping in El Campello.

Very Nice Villa

A great villa in good location perfect for a large family of all ages.

We were a family of 11 persons (3 generations). We all had a fabulous time with wonderful weather and great location.

Our stay could have been improved slightly by having fans in the bedrooms that didn't have air con as temperatures were so high that sleeping became uncomfortable! The pool area was great however a little more shade from umbrellas would have helped and sun beds were extremely hard without cushions.

We loved our stay and certainly wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you.

Great party house

Lots of room for the group of us to spread out - loved the big living/dining room and especially the pool area. Ideally located for the tram (5 mins walk ) to take you all the way along this coastline . Will definately come back again !
