PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

This condo features a master bedroom with a gorgeous four (4) poster queen Sleep Number bed and two (2) queen sleigh beds in the other; both with large closets and plenty of drawer space. Plus, you can enjoy 600+ feet of private beach front with beach chair service and covered parking on site; directly below the condo. No smoking is allowed in the unit, although smoking on the balcony is okay.
