Seachase E-803 is located on the 8th floor (which at Seachase is the equivalent of the 9th floor due to one level of parking under the building). No pets are allowed in this unit.

At Seachase Condominiums you get everything you could want for your beach vacation. We have uncrowded sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages and only one mile to the fabulous Pier Park with all their shops and restaurants. Seachase is located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach near the intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road.

With more pictures to come, Seachase E803 is hands down one of the most luxurious and beautifully decorated condos on the beach. With a huge 1400 square foot open floor plan, this 8th floor unit is one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom units along the coast and has been beautifully renovated to include custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances (including a Starbucks Verismo Espresso Machine! (Pods not included)), lovely wooden columns, surround sound, crown molding and high quality, wall-to-wall, tile floors. The Master Suite has a gorgeous queen sized four poster Sleep Number bed and comfy over-sized sleeper chair and ottoman. The Master Bath includes a large closet, two vanities, lots of storage and a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower that includes a rainfall shower head! All this elegance and yet, one of the best features of this condo is the nearly 60' of wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass windows giving both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. If its luxury you're looking for, search no more!

This unit comes complete with a full-size washer, full-size dryer, and a full five piece stainless-steel appliance set and Starbuck's Verismo Espresso Machine in the kitchen, as well as cable TV, DVD, Surround Sound, Bluetooth Speakers and free high-speed wireless Internet access!

This condo features a master bedroom with a gorgeous four (4) poster queen Sleep Number bed and two (2) queen sleigh beds in the other; both with large closets and plenty of drawer space. Plus, you can enjoy 600+ feet of private beach front with beach chair service and covered parking on site; directly below the condo. No smoking is allowed in the unit, although smoking on the balcony is okay.

For the 2017 season (typically 3/1 - 10/31), two beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit E803.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Views!!

We spent a wonderful month in this unit at Seachase. The statement "all the comforts of home" certainly applies to this condo. The beds were very comfortable, the unit was clean and extremely well equipped with high quality necessities, the unit was spacious with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room. The owners are to be commended for their excellent taste in decor. The rental managers were very helpful and friendly.

The location of Seachase is on the quieter end of the beach but close to Pier Park, shopping, dining and entertainment. Looking forward to returning!

Super!

The property is just super and the management is too. Right up until they said they had rented the property out from under us for next year. We tried to reserve the property for four weeks until the last week they said it was already rented for next year. Kind of ruined a good thing. If they choose to rent to you they are a very good team and the place is better than advertised. Wish we were going back.
