About Vacasa, GA - Savannah Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay where you can just walk to everything that River Street and City Market has to offer, then this is your place. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very clean with all the amenities. The unit is on the second floor and had a keyless entry code. The apartment building also used a code. Just remember to close the door shut. We received a welcome bag with kitchen essentials. The home had a nice size bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There were trial size toiletries and extra towels. We had no problem with the bed and the room had a lot of closet and drawer space. I recommend you have your own Netflix account or someway to watch your movies. No local channels or other cable choices without your own account. The unit did have wifi. There are bars and restaurants very close (3 mins) that had tvs if you need to catch up. You are within a 2 block radius of great restaurants like the Olde Pink House. We had dinner in the wine vault to celebrate a birthday. Very romantic. We took advantage of the parking passes sold at the visitor center to park in the parking garage around the corner. We enjoyed the view from our window onto Bay Street and all the happenings. The building next door is under construction, but we did not hear anything during our weekend stay. We felt very safe walking at night and there were always other people nearby. We also had lots of communication with the property management before our stay and they offered wonderful customer service and answered our questions. We would defiantly stay here again.

Dirty, no hot water

  • 1 of 5

The apartment was very dirty and lacked hot water. Also, the cancellation policy with the rental company was ridiculous. If you had an emergency, you better hope it's not within 30 days of check-in! If we booked for 2 weeks or so then that I understand, but this was only a 4 day stay. We had a family emergency and the staff I spoke with were not human! We eventually got there and there was stained bedding, towels were of such poor quality that they had pubes entangled in the cheap threads, the apartment had a musty smell overall. The price was definitely not worth it. Over 800 dollars for roach motel quality.

Very dirty, no hot water. Cancellation is IMPOSSIBLE with this company, even if there is an emergency. 30 days out cancellation is extreme. Use airbnb or homeaway, not a rental company. They are not human!!
