About the property

This two bedroom, two bath condominium is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 and Main Street shops and restaurants. Top floor means no footsteps above you. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

The condo has one large rooftop deck, a perfect spot for morning coffee or dining al fresco during the Breckenridge summers. A second covered deck for grilling on a propane grill.

The complex has one outdoor heated pool, two indoor hot tubs, and two outdoor hot tubs. (Note: Pool and hot tubs will be closed from 3/31/18-12/1/18 for remodel)

One outdoor parking spot and one underground heated garage parking spot included. Free Wi-Fi. No pets and no smoking inside and no smoking on outdoor decks.

Master bedroom has one queen sized bed. Second bedroom has two full sized beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room has an upgraded memory foam mattress that comfortably sleeps two. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the condo. Kitchen is fully stocked. Gas fireplace.

We are Ted and Linda. We live in the Denver area and try to spend as much time in Breckenridge as our two kids and work schedules allow us. Winters are spent skiing and snowboarding, and in the summer, you can find us hiking, jeeping, biking, fly fishing, and just simply enjoying the beauty of Breckenridge.

Fantastic condo in ideal location!

Our family stayed at the Columbine 305 Penthouse condo for a spring break ski trip, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip.

The condo is ideally situated for quick and easy access to the Peak 9 lifts as well as the really cute village area. The close proximity to the lifts made it super easy to head out for a day of skiing with the kids in the morning (not to mention returning after a long day of skiing), and being able to easily walk to so many restaurants for dinner in the evening was a real treat as well (make sure you check out Stir-Pan creamery for a unique rolled ice cream dessert!).

The condo itself is fantastic, and is very clean and well-maintained, and a super comfortable place for the whole family to hang out and relax in the evenings. We particularly liked how the condo is on the top level of the building, which provided additional privacy with this condo being the only unit at the top of the stair landing, and with a spacious and private rooftop patio and deck. The condo included all the amenities we were looking for, including a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms, washer/dryer, multiple TVs, and glove dryers (whoever invented glove dryers is a genius!). The owners are super nice and very cool to work with as well.

I have no hesitation recommending this condo (except for the possibility that this may mean the condo will be booked the next time we plan a trip to Breck). We hope to stay at this condo on our future trips to Breck!

Great location. clean. comfortable, and well appointed!

We've been to Breckenridge numerous times, and we are also VRBO owners. First of all, Warrior's Mark is in a great location. You can easily walk to the Village lift and downtown shops and restaurants. The condo is stocked with everything you need, which allows you to immediately enjoy your vacation when you arrive. Finally, Linda and Ted did a great job of communicating instructions and recommendations. Great vacation! We'd definitely stay here again.

Location + Everything you could want

We stayed for 4 nights while skiing at Breck. The place was great! It's about a 5 minute walk to both the mountain and the ski town. Located on the third floor, the apartment is quiet, spacious, and has lots of extra amenities. Communication with the owner is fantastic and parking is easy both outside and in the garage. Really anything you want is included and the location is prime. Definitely reccomend.

Such welcoming place at the best location!

Far better than the photos here. Everything you need is there that you almost feel like you are at home. Really well maintained, meaning not only the cleanness and amenities, but also instructions, easy access with all the high technology and mom's-kitchen that has everything you need.

Walking to the Peak 9 slope was great, and as my kids do mostly green, it is the perfect location. Hot tub after skiing all day is the best feeling.

Close walk to Main Street that we didn't really need the car anywhere once we got there. Definitely will come back.

This condo is amazing! Location is perfect!

Location. Location. Location. I've stayed in Breckenridge several times and this condo is probably my favorite so far. It's one of the cleanest places I've stayed. It has everything you need. As a family of 4 we slept very comfortably. The 2 patios are awesome place to hang out on. We spent many nights grilling and eating outside together. We also ate breakfast outside a lot. So we absolutely loved the space. The cherry on top was being able to walk over to downtown Breckenridge. It's such a neat little town and was super special having such easy access to it. There are great restaurants and lot's of fun activities for families to enjoy. Being able to walk everywhere from a condo we loved made for one our favorite family vacations. I highly recommend this place!

Also, the owners provided great customer service all along the way.

I can't wait to go back during ski season...

A condo with everything a family needs

Our recent July visit to Breckenridge was enhanced by our stay in Columbine 305. The owners thought of everything that a family of four could possibly need. In addition to a well appointed home (as stated in the previous review), they have detailed advice on things to do and places to eat. There was not a need to go to the local visitor's center - we had all of the information that we needed in the condo! We also enjoyed using the kitchen to make several meals, and the kitchen was well stocked. The roof deck was a perfect place for us to enjoy the beauty of the area. The owners were willing to answer any questions, but there was no need for us to contact them during our stay. We hope we can stay longer than 3 nights during out next visit!
