Welcome to our house on Palm! Our recently updated and thoughtfully decorated mid-century ranch home is located on iconic Coronado Island, California.

The House on Palm is ideally situated by the bay, across the street from a park, in a quiet neighborhood with a local feel. The breezy, minimal interior design is inspired by Palm Springs and Scandinavian modern design.

The space: Just over 5200 sq ft lot with 2,653 sq ft home. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in main house with detached guest room. Large family room with dining room and fireplace, fun projector room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, and library with San Diego Downtown views. All this plus ample outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sunsets.

Weekly housekeeping included.

Guest access: You have the entire home to yourself, excluding the garage and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood with a local feel.

Getting around: Walking is very safe throughout the village. Uber and Lyft also service Coronado.

Peaceful home

A Coronado gem

We really enjoyed the spaciousness and location of the home and wished we could have stayed longer. Marta and David went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable slice of life on Coronado Island and they quickly responded to all of our questions. Very comfortable accommodations for sleeping and spacious kitchen for home cooking. The home is perfect for families yet very sophisticated for couples. It’s close to everything on the island, and the vintage bikes were perfect for exploring. The location provided all the amenities of beach living yet only a short drive, or ferry trip, to San Diego’s vibrant night life and foodie scene.
