Enjoy Lake Travis this summer from this beautiful home set above some of the largest and tallest oak trees in the area. You're steps from the shoreline where you can swim, boat, fish and relax on or near the water. Within walking distance are the boat ramps, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball court, kids play area and hiking trail. After enjoying the lake, step out onto the main deck off the living room, where you can grill, eat with friends and family and enjoy beautiful views of the lake from way up in the trees. If you really like expansive lake views, climb the ships ladder to the sun deck!
The main entrance to the house winds past an oak tree where you enter a high ceiling living room with a fireplace, big screen TV and never-ending views of the lake. The fully-outfitted kitchen also has beautiful views of the lake!
The guest bedroom is hidden behind the kitchen with plenty of privacy, a flat screen TV, a queen size bed and a full bath down the hall. Also off the hall are washer and dryer.
The master suite also has high ceilings, king size bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV and nice views of the large Oak trees and the lake. the spacious bathroom has a spa tub, large walk-in shower with "rain shower" heads with fiber-optic lights and a walk-in closet.
The third sleeping area is up the ships ladder by the dining room, to the loft, where there are also beautiful views of the lake. The king size bed can convert to 2 twin beds if needed.
Below and on the front of the house is a fully shaded portico for those hot afternoons. The 2 waterfall fountain will relax and cool you with plenty of seating on the lower deck with views of the lake and a pizza oven available upon request! Follow the suspended rope bridge from the lower deck, past the waterfall, to the "Treehouse Deck", overlooking the lake and shoreline.
Please note: Lake Travis is a variable level lake. It's full at 681' and closest to the house at this point. If rainfall is scarce and it's a really hot summer, the lake will go down gradually.
