Our condo is closer to the water than any other condo in Pelican Landing or in Bonita Bay. Because our condo is on the west end of the building we get 300 degree views and sunsets every day of the year. From our condo we can see Naples and Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Since we are on the tenth floor, we are high enough that we can see the ocean and yet low enough that we can clearly see the dolphins. Spring Creek enters Estero Bay not far below our building. This is a favorite fishing spot for the dolphins. We sit by our windows and watch the dolphins fishing. There are multiple islands out in the bay before us. One is an island Rookery where we watch all the white egrets fly to nest for the night every evening. Since we are on the tenth floor we watch eagles and other birds fly past our windows. When we sit outside on the screened-in lanai, we get a nice breeze. If you are too high it is too windy and if you are too low the air doesn’t move. The tenth floor is perfect to enjoy the breeze and the view and the animals. In the morning we watch the sunrise. In the evening, we watch clouds go by as they race the sun for the sunset. Every night is a different show.
Besides having better views, units like ours, on the west end of the building, are larger than the units on the east end of the building or in the center of the building. The total size of our unit is 5140 square feet. This includes 4260 square feet enclosed living spaces with air conditioning and 780 square feet of screened in terraces and a 100 square foot balcony. The enclosed living space includes three bedrooms and an office. The office has a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed. One of the guest suites has a queen size bed. The other guest suite has two single beds. Each of the bedrooms has its own dedicated bathroom. The office has a bathroom as well. There is also a half bath near the entrance way. Therefore the condo has a total of four and one half baths.
Our unit is one of the best designed and decorated condos. Our condo has won multiple awards. Our condo won the Aurora award for Best Interior Detailing for a private residence in Naples in 2010. Our condo also won the Sand Dollar award for best interior design in 2009.
FURNISHINGS & INTERIOR DETAILING “Modern, but comfortable, with lots of room for artwork.” The furnishings and interior detailing of this luxury condominium residence were driven by the client’s love for the modern arts. We blended modern design with soft curves, forming an artistic expression for our client’s modern tastes. In the Foyer, the previously squared-off walls are gently rounded and niches were created to display accessories and art works. The ceiling dome was added and mimicked in the floor medallion of simple limestone with grey supreme onyx, glass tile and Labrador antique granite. Venetian plaster creates stone blue walls and the chocolate brown ceiling displays a Murano glass chandelier. In the Grand Salon, the ceilings are artfully soffited to create soft curves which are also reflected in the furnishings and custom rug. The walls are dressed with an unexpected horizontal staggered line tile and wave panel resin material. A beautiful bar was created for entertaining. Two furnished conversation areas plus an entertainment bar are laid out in the Grand Salon. Sofas are deep chocolate mohair paired with classic egg chairs and an entertainment console dressed with oversized hardware and ostrich leather. The Dining Room carries the curvilinear feel through the silver-leafed dome and oval lighting pendant. The dining chairs are in stone blue upholstery and chrome nail-head trim. The stylish Study begins with three-panel glass doors opening to the grid-ceiling detail and industrial cable lighting. The space is fitted with a custom partner’s desk and cream leather chairs. The ceiling pattern is echoed in cubed cocktail tables and also the chocolate carpet. The walls are painted in a rich blue color. The GrandKids’ Suite carries a youthful and whimsical presence through custom headboards, vibrant finishes, contrasting colors, matched televisions and unexpected accessories. The Master Suite embodies the clean-line quality of soft, modern design, blended with warm terracotta Venetian plaster and jewel-like chandelier. The Master Bath features limestone wall tiles, topped with rectangular blue glass tile. The flooring reintroduces the grey supreme onyx. The vessel sink was designed around the round-shaped cabinets and is flanked with two storage towers with overstated hardware. The walls and ceilings are Venetian plastered. Overall, the simplistic look of modern, fused with rich color tones and unexpected materials, have created an artistically inviting atmosphere for our happy clients! The building has a movie theater, exercise spa, billiard room, pool, hot tub, and grills. The building is the only one with 24 hour front desk security. The condo has two dedicated parking spaces close to the elevator. These spaces are only for the use of our condo. The parking spaces are located close to our elevator. Our elevator opens directly to our unit. There is not a hallway to go down to get to our condo.
Also includes access to elegant and informal dining at the Colony Bay Club restaurant located right on the bay.
Also includes free access to our private island complete with complementary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. The potoon boar back and forth to the island is also free.
Also included is the use of the tennis courts. We have 12 clay tennis courts at no additional charge.
