Luxuriating in Canmore Place, one of the newest developments in downtown Canmore, our first-floor, two-bedroom condo simultaneously boasts spectacular views of the wild, untamed majesty of the Canadian Rockies, while at the same time being conveniently located for the amenities of downtown Canmore: the shops, the restaurants, the coffee shops and the river. If you like to read, you'll be happy that the condo is adjacent to the Canmore public library; and if you're partial to pizza, you'll be glad to know that Rocky Mountain Flatbread is just across the street!
The moment you step through the door, you will know that no expense has been spared in providing the ne plus ultra in modern living: cherry hardwood finishing, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, fir trim, a large deck with BBQ hook-up, heated bathroom floors, a stunning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and spacious, panoramic windows all add up to unadulterated luxury.
The town is situated just over one hour's drive west from Calgary and five minutes east of Banff National Park.
Canmore came into its own after hosting the Nordic Events at the 1988 Calgary Olympics and since then the town has grown steadily and has attracted quality restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, making it a vibrant place to visit.
Canmore is well known for winter sports, being located close to Banff and all the world-class, spectacular ski resorts within the area. As well as the boarding and skiing, you can find dog sledding, ice fishing, ice climbing and cross-country skiing all within Canmore or area.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully appointed with dishwasher, electric washer and dryer, side-by-side fridge with ice maker and water cooler, waste disposal unit, electric oven/range, and microwave with hood fan.
The living area is sumptuously furnished, with a large flat screen TV with satellite dish.
The building also features heated underground parking and an elevator, as well as no-stairs easy access.

Cozy Condo in the Heart of Canmore with Mountain Views!
We stayed here over Christmas, from December 22 to 31. The condo is warm, spacious and well equipped. There were chocolates waiting for us when we arrived and Christmas decorations, which made the space feel so cosy and welcoming.
My parter, my Mum and I stayed here for the entire time, and my brother and his two teenage kids came to stay for a night. There was plenty of room for all of us between the two bedrooms.
The location of this condo can't be beat. We were walking distance from great restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and beautiful trails. We were also an easy drive away from the Nordic Centre, Banff and Lake Louise.
We would not hesitate to stay here again!
Wonderful apartment, really clean- home from home with all you need. Lovely bathrooms and dressing area. Perfect location could not recommend highly enough!
Well Appointed Condo
The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. Lindsay responds immediately to emails and is very easy to work with. Canmore is a delightful town in which to walk around, and there are many very good restaurants. Our only negative is that there is no air conditioning in the condo (not unusual in this part of the world since it cools down at night). However, you have to leave your windows open to get this cool air. The condo is on a very busy and noisy street and it doesn't quieten down until around 2:00 in the morning. It wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep.

Stayed here with three adult children. The place was spotless. The kids thought the beds in the second bedroom were a little soft. Good internet & cable TV.
Amazing downtown Canmore Condo
This amazing condo is one block off main street, Has excellent free underground parking. We drive a F-150 and it fits. There is also loads of free parking right adjacent to the complex. We enjoy Authentic Mexican Cuisine at least twice during our stay. If you eat early we prefer the lunch menu. Double Strawberry margarita is a must. Our kids love Grizzly Paw Restaurant. The condo its self is so warm and inviting. You feel at home instantly. Always a good feeling when you are travelling. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is larger than my own at home. The plates and glasses etc are good quality. Unlike any other condo we have ever rented in Canmore. We have stayed in Canmore for a week every year for the last 20 years. Once we found this condo we have book it every time. The beds/bedding are extremely comfortable. The master bath is awesome. Love the two person tub. The bedrooms are on opposites of condo. Very private. Has a large barbecue We have never stayed in the winter, but there is a lovely fireplace. There are fans and lots of windows. It gets nice and cool at night. Its easy to cool the condo and then close it up during the heat of the day. No need for AC. We have never heard a sound from the neighbors. Has washer and dryer. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely owners that care about there condo and that our stay be memorable.
