This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is located just steps away from the crystal waters of the Atlantic. It is the west side of the Shorebreak duplex. The property has been recently updated and includes all new modern furniture, flooring, kitchen appliances, fully remodeled bathrooms, exterior paint, new roof, hot water outside shower, and more.
***We do not accept dogs during the summer months: June 1-August 31st***
We offer many amenities not usually found in rental homes. They incude: An under-sink reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for perfect drinking water, surfboard, kids-sized paddleboard (also great for surfing), boogie board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels provided, all linens provided at no charge and beds made, a shared propane gas grill, hot water hose under the house for rinsing your car, foot wash on the dune walk, picnic table with umbrella, etc.
The master bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the beach. There is an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a partial sound view. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The entire back wall of the duplex is floor to ceiling windows so your view of the ocean is spectacular from every angle. The large open concept living/dining/kitchen is bright and welcoming with a wonderful view of the waves and dolphins. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware and zero clutter. Everything this clean, updated, and fully functional.

The property is located about 10 minutes from downtown Emerald Isle, 5 minutes from the public sound access, and 2 minutes from Dollar General. We are in a quiet area away from crowded public beach access points. The 13 mile Emerald Isle walk/bike path is a 2 minute walk from the house. The aquarium is less than 15 minutes away in Pine Knoll Shores.
Though the unit is one side of a duplex, the two units are very quiet and noise from the other side is minimal to non-existent. You can't hear talking, moving, or banging from the other side. It feels very private.
There is ample parking under the house for your vehicles and small boats should you wish to bring one. The under side of the house is completely open so you can have shade for vehicles.
There is a shared gas grill under the house that use the small, green, propane camping canisters available at most grocery and hardware stores for less than $5. Each canister lasts about 2.5 hours on medium high heat.
Our basic house rules include:
Booking guest must be over the age of 21
All minors must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years old
No pets (unless otherwise approved)
No parties or activities that could damage the property or furnishings
Max of 4 adults, up to 2 additional children under the age of 12 with prior approval
Basic pet conditions if booking with a pet in the off seasons.
