When reserving, double check that the email address is correct or you will not receive email responses from VRBO and the owner will have no way of knowing that you are not receiving these. The owner ALWAYS sends a personal confirmation, if you do not see a message within 24 hours of booking, go into VRBO/Homeaway and verify that you entered your email correctly and look for messages from the owner.
You must be 22 years of age or older to rent/stay alone in this condo. We are very strict with this policy.
This cozy condo has one bedroom, one bath and sleeps four with the queen master bed and queen pull-out couch. It also has a full kitchen, including dishwasher. It was completely remodeled in 2016 from floor to ceiling and is located along a beautiful rock-face backdrop. It is in the heart of Estes Park just a block from Riverside Park and another block from the main shopping and dining in town. Enjoy a quick walk to the river or a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
This condo is ideal for a couple or a family with smaller children. While it is suitable for 4 adults, it is a smaller space and can be a bit tight. It has a single bedroom and pull-out couch with comfortable foam mattress. We also have a pack and play for our youngest guests.
At the end of your busy day viewing wildlife at Rocky Mountain National Park unwind with cable TV, WiFi (note that mountain internet can be patchy), a romantic exterior (shared) gas fire pit. This building has shared patio spaces which include chairs, picnic tables and two shared gas grills. While there is not a view from this condo all guests are welcome to walk up to the deck above and enjoy the Colorado sunshine and view from there.
This is a DOWNTOWN condo, this means that there could be traffic noise from the road. The appeal to this location is its proximity to shopping and restaurants. In the busy summer parking can be difficult (it's easier the rest of the year), the nice thing here is that you can park once and use the free shuttle system that the city provides, making your stay so much more laid back. It is also a lower level unit which means some noise could be heard from condos above. If this is an issue this may not be the place for you.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refund of a 100% outside of 30 days. Then, 50% if outside of 15 days, with $50 charge for credit card processing that we are charged by VRBO. If inside of 15 days you will forfeit your entire payment.Your deposit and cleaning fee will be returned to you. We recommend that you consider trip insurance if there could be a chance for late notice cancellation.
Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Please do not ask for an early/late arrival/departure as it is rarely possible due to the schedule of our cleaners, especially in the summer. Owner will notify you if an early arrival is possible.
While there is parking at the condo building, it is limited and can be full in the busy season. We leave parking passes to the lot across the street for overnight parking.
There is no air conditioning as it is a garden level condo that is typically cool even in the warm summer months.
There is no smoking inside or within 50 feet of building. No pets.
This unit does not have a washer/dryer.
There are occasional times when we need to enter the condo for a repair, to restock something for our cleaners, etc. We always do it during the day and always make an attempt to contact our guests beforehand but if we don’t get a reply, we may knock and if no one is there, let ourselves in to do the brief maintenance. If we get reports/complaints of rowdiness, smoking or pets, we will come check on our property without notice to the guest.
