With white sand beaches and clear blue-green waters just across 30A, a 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool steps away, and lots of restaurants, shops, and parks to explore nearby, you can relax and recharge with your family.
Family Traditions 30A is a BRAND NEW construction with over 8,400 sq. ft. of living space and 4,200 sq. ft. heated and cooled. The house has 5 large king suites, a bunk room with 8 bunks (4 twin XL and 4 twin), 8 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and dining rooms, 2 outdoor built-in grills (one in the screened-in patio with a refrigerator and television), 10 porches and patios, and an oversized three-car garage. There is plenty of space for 18 friends and family to relax and enjoy the best of the Gulf Coast. That is 18 sleeping comfortably in proper beds—no pullouts or sleeper sofas.
Family Traditions 30A is not your standard beach house. Its unique beach-rustic décor sets it apart with fun discoveries in every room: custom made furniture from reclaimed woods, custom lighting with Edison bulbs, and real vintage décor items throughout the house, including a 1907 telephone, red and green antique Perko lights from an old ship, an antique wagon wheel chandelier, lanterns, nautical antiques, and a 100+ year old sweeping piece of drift wood. It is stocked with games and books, set up with wifi, Hulu, and Netflix, and comes with 6 bikes for getting out and about on 30A. This is the perfect place for your family to create memories and traditions.

LOCATION: 45 Blue Crab Loop W, Seacrest Beach, FL 32461. Pool is ~200 ft away. Beach is ~quarter mile away.
King Suite No. 1: THE GLASS TOWER SUITE is the Room with a View. This third-floor suite has two sets of double doors opening to the third-floor covered deck, sun deck, trellis deck, and cat walk. You can see the ocean from bed. This Suite has a King-sized bed, in-suite half bathroom, 43” smart TV, a wet bar with sink and mini-fridge, and a ton of windows. Great room for a light-loving early riser.
King Suite No. 2: THE BLUE SUITE is the Master of Masters. This second-floor suite has double doors opening to its own private porch with two Adirondack chairs. The Blue Suite has a King-sized bed, large closet, 43” smart TV, and a serene in-suite bathroom with two sinks, claw-foot tub, large walk-in shower with bench and two rain shower heads, and private water closet.
King Suite No. 3: THE MARITIME SUITE is the Restful Retreat. This second-floor suite has double doors opening to a private balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The Maritime Suite has a King-sized bed, closet, 43” smart TV, and in-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and two-person trough sink.
King Suite No. 4: THE RUSTIC CHARMER SUITE. This first-floor suite has double doors opening to a front porch with two Adirondack chairs. This Suite has a King-sized bed, closet, 43” smart TV, and in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
King Suite No. 5: THE OUTBACK SUITE. This first-floor suite has a King-sized bed, closet, 43” smart TV, and in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, two-person trough sink, and hanging Edison bulb lights. The Outback Suite has doors connecting the back hall with the first-floor living area.
Bunks: THE BUNK SUITE is where the Fun Happens. This suite has 4 Twin XL beds and 4 Twin beds in private L-shaped bunks and an in-suite full bathroom. Each bunk is equipped with reading lights and USB plugs. There is a 43” smart TV viewable from all bunks.
Downstairs Kitchen: This kitchen has an open flow into the first floor dining and living areas, double doors opening to the front porch, and a back door opening to a courtyard with a built-in gas grill. It has a four-door refrigerator with in-door icemaker and water dispenser, six burner gas stove and convection oven, traditional wall oven, wall microwave, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, dual-zone wine refrigerator, separate ice machine, toaster oven, blender, traditional coffee maker, and Keurig. It is stocked with dishware, silverware, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, hand mixer, knives, mixing bowls, cutting boards, ice bucket, pitcher, serving trays, and other items you’ll need to prepare a great meal for the family.
Upstairs Kitchen: This kitchen has an open flow into the second floor dining and living areas and the eating areas on the screened in porch and sun deck. It has a three-door refrigerator with in-door icemaker and water dispenser, six burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, separate ice machine, toaster oven, blender, traditional coffee maker, and Keurig. It is stocked with dishware, silverware, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, hand mixer, knives, mixing bowls, cutting boards, pitcher, serving trays, and other handy kitchen items. The screened-in deck has a built-in gas grill, picnic table and lounge area with 43” smart TV. Pick up fresh seafood from Goatfeathers and make a meal to remember.
Downstairs Living/Dining: The first floor living room has concrete floors that are stamped to look like old barn wood, a large white sectional sofa, and a barn wood cabinet with a 60” HD smart TV and crate of books to read. The first floor dining room has a custom-built square table, chairs, and church pew that seats 8-10, as well as bar seating for 4.
Upstairs Living/Dining: The living room on the second floor has a large white sectional sofa, glider chair, and a barn wood cabinet with a 60” HD smart TV and crate of games to play. The dining room on the second floor has a long table with bench seating for 6-8 people, as well as bar seating for 4. Just outside there is additional table seating for 6-8 people at a picnic table on the screened-in patio and another 8 people at a octagon shaped picnic table on the sun deck. This means table seating for over 24 people upstairs.
Tower Covered Deck, Sun Deck, Trellis Deck, and Catwalk: The third floor has a covered deck and sun deck that looks out at the Gulf, then a catwalk that circles around to a trellis deck and sun deck that looks out to the neighborhood and green space.
Laundry: There are two sets of front-loading washers and dryers.
Courtyards: There are courtyard patios with outdoor showers on both sides of the house.
Garage/Parking: The over-sized garage has parking for 2 cars, with the remaining space used for storing beach gear and bikes. There are 2 additional parking spots on-property behind the garage doors and community parking available in the gravel spots in front of the house.
We provide you with a hardy supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, ziplocs, tin foil, coffee filters, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, trash bags, and cleaning products. To pick up groceries and additional supplies, you can head to Publix (3.7 miles away) or Pier Park (11 miles away with a Walmart, Target, Fresh Market, and other chains).
Beach Access: Seacrest Beach neighborhood has deeded access to the beach through the gate at The Villas at Sunset Beach across 30A. You can make the short walk over or call the free tram.
Pool: Seacrest Beach neighborhood has its own coveted 12,000 sq. ft Lagoon Pool with fountain and waterfall. As our HOA likes to say, “Our Pool has Been Known to Make Other Pools Jealous.” And you are just a block away.
Bikes: Family Traditions 30A comes with 6 bikes. They are bright red, Taxi-brand, single-speed bikes perfect for cruising 30A. If your family needs helmets, kids bikes, or specialty Bikes, you can order those for delivery from Rent Gear Here at a discount.
Green Space: Directly across the street there is a 1 acre park area great for picnics, cornhole, or playing frisbee.
Tram: Seacrest Beach provides a free tram service to the Beach Access to guests.
Walking Trails: Seacrest Beach has 1.3 miles of walking trails around the community.
Paid Beach Service: Feel free to take your own beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to the beach, but if you’d prefer paid beach services they available through SeaOats Beach Service.
Beach Options: You take the short walk or tram ride to the beach through the Seacrest Beach Access. Or you can drive to the Inlet Beach Access (1.5 miles away) or other nearby state parks and beach access points along 30A.
Restaurants: Family Traditions 30A is within walking/biking distance of lots of great restaurants—from ACME Ice House, La Cocina, and Pizza by the Sea nearby (7 minute walk), to Caliza, George’s, and Fonville Press in next door in Alys Beach (9 minute walk), and Cowgirl Kitchen, La Crema, Paradis, and Havana next door in Rosemary (12 minute walk), a little further at Hwy 98 you have Shades, Donut Hole, Cuvee 30A, Amici, Barbacoa, Freshii, and Roselie (25 minute walk), and then all the other gems on 30A, such as Red Bar, Bud & Alleys, Whisky Bravo, Old Florida Fish House, Café 30A, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Chanticleer, Perfect Pig, Trebeache, Stinky’s Fish Camp, and Local Catch.
Parks: Check out Camp Helen State Park, Deer Lake State Park, Grayton Beach State Park, Eden Gardens State Park, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Communities: Explore nearby 30A communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Grayton or venture a bit farther to Destin (33 miles West) or Panama City Beach (12 miles East).
