After a scenic, five-minute ride, you arrive across the river, without the hassle and cost of parking. Also a close commute to Federal City, and to recreation on the bike path along the levee.

Please note that this is 1/2 of a double, and the other half is rented full-time as a traditional rental. Renters should be comfortable with a shotgun layout.

We are a married couple in our mid-40's who live most of the year in Columbus, OH. We love to stay at our New Orleans house every January - May to get away from the cold Ohio winters. Dave, a native Californian from the Bay Area, utterly hates the cold!

The one city we both agree we love has always been New Orleans. We found ourselves spending several vacations here per year and decided we'd like our own getaway somewhere in the city. We bought our vacation home in Algiers Point after staying at an Airbnb rental home just down the road. We fell in love with the neighborhood and residents, and we are excited to share our home with the rest of you!
